Simon Tarrows

The Lich With a Heart

A trusted friend and powerful necromancer, Simon Tarrows is a human who gave up his mortal form to ascend into Lichhood. However, unlike most, he still retains his personality and his heart, and uses his necromancy for the betterment of all, setting up the example that not all Liches are heartless monstrosities.

Health - 1,900 (+2% per level)
Mana - 500 (0,950 per sec every level)
Health Regen - 3,25 per second (+2% per level)
Attack Range - 5,5
Attack Damage - 67 (3% per level)

Combat Trait

[Hero Trait] Growing Stronger
Every time a nearby ally dies, Simon takes their essence to continue the fight in their stead, gaining a stack of Growing Stronger. There are five maximum stacks, and with each stack, Simon's abilities increase.

First stack; Simon gains a 1 second cooldown reduction to all his abilities.
Second stack; Simon's abilities all gain a +5 damage boost.
Third stack; Simon's mana is increased by 200.
Fourth stack; Simon's health increases by 200.
Fifth stack; Simon's ultimates gain a 20 second cooldown reduction and his abilities gain a +5 damage boost.

A fallen hero ally grants one soul immediately, whilst a fallen ally minion or enemy minion grants 0,10 souls, meaning 10 minions in total equals one soul.

Primary Abilities

Echoing Bolt
Cooldown - 5 Seconds
Mana Cost - 75

Simon draws upon the fallen and condenses their essences into a singular bolt of unholy magic, launching it against an enemy. The bolt explodes on the first hit against a minion or a hero, and leaves behind a pool of cold magic, slowing all enemies inside it by 10% and damaging them for 150.

Echoing bolt absorbs the nearby essences of fallen minions or heroes; minions' souls increase the damage of Echoing Bolt, whilst fallen allies' souls increase the damage, reduce the cooldown and leave the AoE effect to persist longer.

Rise Again!
Cooldown - 8 Seconds
Mana Cost - 40

Simon summons forth the dead, forcing them to fight once more in the form of monstrous constructs. Each stack of Growing Stronger allows Simon to summon different minions, each with their own roles.

First Stack; Summons forth a simplistic skeleton to fight for him, which chases down its enemies. Has a health pool of 100, and deals 30 damage per attack. Lasts for 10 seconds.

Second stack; Summons forth a Spectral Apparition to haunt his enemies and deal AoE damage (30 per sec) to anything nearby. The minion itself is stationary, and attacks enemies, with each hit dealing 20 damage. Is unkillable.

Third stack; Summons a banshee that deals AoE damage[/color] (20 dmg per sec) to anything around it, attacks minions and heroes, and can move. Lasts for 10 seconds, and has a health pool of 300.

Fourth stack; Summons an army of three strengthened skeletons with a cold aura that deal AoE damage (10 per sec) to anything around it, slow enemies and chase them with 10% more movement speed. The skeletons deal 50 damage per hit and each have 250 health, and last for 10 seconds.

Fifth stack; Summons a Skeletal Colossus that serves a bruiser role, pushing down lanes and chasing down enemies with a lot of health and attack damage. While the Skeletal Colossus is alive, Rise Again changes into Chill of the Grave, which, upon activation, makes the Skeletal Colossus unleash an explosion of cold magic, slowing down all enemies around it by 10% for two seconds. Each hit deals 100 damage, and the Colossus has a health pool of 800. Lasts for 20 seconds.

My Heart
Mana Cost - 30 Per Second

Upon activation, Simon is embraced by an aura of cold frost, slowing enemies inside it and damaging them by 50 every second. Simon is also granted a barrier during this time (30% of his HP), and each soul he absorbs will strengthen it, with ally hero souls healing him by 25% of his health and restoring the barrier completely.

Heroic Abilities

Still Human
Cooldown - 120 Seconds
Mana Cost - 120

Simon embraces and returns to a human appearance of himself. During this time, Simon can use all of his abilities as usual, gains a strong barrier (75% of his HP) and 500 extra health. This lasts for 10 seconds, or upon being killed. Upon being killed, Simon reverts to his Lich form once again, with half of his health and mana left.

Phylactery
Cooldown - 120 Seconds

Simon places down a Phylactery that lasts permanently, unless destroyed. While Phylactery is active, upon death, Simon will suffer a five second death penalty before arising from his Phylactery once more with all of his health and mana, gaining a 10 second speed boost (20%) and +10 ability damage for 10 seconds.

The Phylactery itself is killable, and has 500 HP.

Special Mount

Necropolis
Cooldown - 50 Seconds

Instead of using a mount, Simon summons a Necropolis that lasts for 10 seconds. Two extra people can enter the Necropolis and Simon can use it to teleport on the map.

LEVEL 1 TALENTS

Laboured Studies (Passive)
Simon gains an immediate extra 100 mana points.

Human (Passive)
Simon gains an immediate 100 HP points.

Descent into Darkness (Quest)
Absorb a total of 30 souls. Upon finishing the quest, gain 1 second reduced cooldown to all main abilities.

Level 4 Talents

Skeletal Barrier (Ability)
Cooldown - 60 Seconds

Simon gains a side ability; upon activating Skeletal Barrier, immediately get a barrier for 30% of your HP.

Eldritch Knowledge (Ability)
Cooldown - 40 Seconds

Simon gains a side ability; upon activating Eldritch Knowledge, Simon's next Echoing Bolt turns into an Eldritch Bolt, dealing 200 dmg and 100 dmg over time, and dealing 90 dmg to anyone caught in the AoE explosion.

Remnants (Passive)
Each minion's soul Simon absorbs now gives him 0,40 of a soul instead of 0,10.

Level 7 Talents

The Night Departs (Passive)
My Heart consumes souls instead of mana, taking 0,25 souls per second.

Upon a Hope of Home (Passive)
Simon's Necropolis gains +20 cooldown, but lasts for 15 seconds, and releases cold bursts every 3 seconds that deal 50 damage to nearby enemies.

Strength of the Grave (Passive)
All of Simon's summoned minions now gain an extra 100 HP.

Level 10 Talents

All Your Power (Passive)
Absorbing ally souls now grants 2 souls instead of one, and absorbing minion souls now grants 0,60 of a soul.

Deathly Constitution (Passive)
Each soul stack now grants Simon 50 extra HP.

Thy Will be Done (Passive)
Simon's Necropolis now summons a skeletal army of 5, each having 80 HP, dealing 30 dmg per attack and lasting for 20 seconds.

Level 13 Talents

I Am Not Dead (Ability) (STILL HUMAN ULTIMATE)
Simon gains a side ability; In his human form, Simon can activate I Am Not Dead, which restores half of his health.

Undying (Passive) (PHYLACTERY ULTIMATE)
Simon's Phylactery is reduced to a cooldown of 80, and every time he gains one soul, the cooldown is reduced by 10 seconds. If having 5 souls during death, Phylactery's cooldown is reduced to 30.

Ancient Rites (Passive)
Simon's Rise Again ability now summons...

First Stack - Spectral Apparition

Second Stack - Banshee

Third Stack - Three Skeletons

Fourth Stack: Skeletal Colossus

Fifth Stack: Scourge

Scourge is a new ability which has Simon summon six strengthened skeletons alongside two banshees.

Passively, every minion's HP is increased by 50.

I Bid You Stand (Ability)
Cooldown - 30 Seconds

Simon gains a side ability; I Bid You Stand can now be used to immediately restore an ally back to life at the expense of three souls.
