Level 1:
D: Sturdy Steed - Warhorse grants 25 additional Physical Armor. If a charge is consumed by a heroic basic attack, reduce Warhorse's cooldown by 2 seconds.
Q: Armsman - While Dismounted, Sweeping Strike restores 1 charge of Warhorse per enemy hero hit. Passive: Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Warhorse by 2.5 seconds, this bonus is doubled while Dismounted.
W: Trample - Increases War Stomp's damage by 50%. Whenever a minion is killed by War Stomp, refund 10% of its cooldown and mana cost and reduce Warhorse's cooldown by 1.5 seconds. Hero kills count as 10 minion kills.
E: Rallying Cry - Increases Commanding Shout's spell armor to 25 and upto 2 charges of Warhorse are restored on cast. While at 10 stacks of Warhorse, Commanding Shot grants allies 50 armor.
D: Stablemaster - (!)Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe restores 1 charge of Warhorse and permanently increases its armor bonus by 1, upto 25. (!)Reward: After collecting 25 Regeneration Globes, Lothar is healed for 6% of his maximum health whenever he loses a charge of Warhorse.
Level 4:
E: Inspiring Leadership - Allies affected by Commanding Shout receive 25% increased healing for its duration. Passive: Lothar receives 15% increased effects from allied healing, this stacks with Inspiring Leadership.
E: Commander's Confidence - While at least 3 heroes are under Commanding Shouts effects, its cooldown regenerates 80% faster and Lothar restores 15 mana per second.
Q: Heroic Strikes - Each enemy hero hit by Sweeping Strike increases the damage of Lothar's next basic attack by 100% and heals him for 25% of the damage dealt. Stores upto 5 charges, resetting with each cast of Sweeping Strike.
Q: Flash of the Blade - If only 1 enemy is hit by Sweeping Strike, it deals +75% damage and its cooldown is reduced to 2 seconds.
D: Mustang - While at exactly 1, 5, or 10 charges of Warhorse, Lothar is Unstoppable. Being Stunned, Silenced, or Rooted restores 2 charges of Warhorse.
Level 7:
W: Heavy Hooves - War Stomp slows enemies by 25% for 3 seconds after the stun fades, each charge of Warhorse increases this slow by 2%. While at 10 charges of Warhorse, the slow is increased to 60% and the duration is increased to 4 seconds.
E: Lion's Roar - Commanding Shout increases basic attack damage by 25% and basic attack speed by 15%, Lothar receives double this bonus.
Z: Live Fast, Die Old - Giddyup's Speed bonus no longer fades and is always active while at 10 charges of Warhorse.
Q/W: Rush of Battle - Each enemy hit by Sweeping Strike increases the damage of your next War Stomp by 25%, upto 125%. Each enemy hero hit by War Stomp reduces Sweeping Strike's cooldown by 1. Passive: Hero Takedowns reset War Stomp's cooldown.

Level 13:
W: Bucking Bronco - War Stomp restores 10 charges of Warhorse if at least 3 enemy heroes are hit with a single cast. If this is accomplished while Dismounted, you are immediately Remounted. Passive: War Stomp's radius is no longer reduced while Dismounted.
E: Supreme Commander - Commanding Shout also grants nearby Minions and Mercenaries 50 armor. Passive: Nearby minions and mercenaries deal +50% increased damage. Gain 1 charge of Warhorse whenever a nearby allied minion or mercenary dies.
Q - Dissuading Strike - Increase slow amount to 40% and duration to 3 seconds. While at 5 or more charges of Warhorse, also reduce the damage dealt by enemy heroes by 25% for 3 seconds. While at 10 charges of Warhorse, reduce the spell power of enemy heroes by 50% for 3 seconds.
Q: Valor - Sweeping Strike heals for an additional 5% of Lothar maximum health and grants 15 armor for 3 seconds whenever it hits an enemy hero, upto 75 armor. Hitting 5 heroes with a single Sweeping Strikes grants Protected for 2 seconds.
Q: Flourish - If Sweeping Strike doesn't hit any enemies, refund its mana cost, reduce its cooldown to 3 seconds, and restore 2 charges of Warhorse
Level 16:
Q: Swather of Armies - Sweeping Strike gains 2 additional charges, with a 2 second delay between uses. Passive: Sweeping Strike deals 50% more damage to non-heroes and restores 2% of Lothar's maximum health whenever it hits a minion or mercenary.
E: Command and Conquer - Commanding Shout grants allies 15 spell power and their cooldowns regenerate 50% faster, Lothar gains double these bonuses.
D: Last Stand - Lothar gains Protected and Unstoppable for 2 seconds once Dismounted. Taking damage for heroic sources during this time grant 1 charge of Warhorse.
W/Z: Advance and Vanquish - While Giddyup is active, War Stomp's Stun is increased to 1 second and its radius is increased by 15%. Each enemy hit by War Stomp decreases Giddyup's cooldown by 3 seconds. Passive: War Stomp reduces the armor of enemy heroes by 15 for 3 seconds.
Level 20:
R1: Brotherhood of the Horse - Hitting an enemy hero with Cavalry Charge extends its duration by 1.25 seconds and grants 2 additional charges of Warhorse. Additionally, allied heroes in range are instantly mounted, gain an additional 10% movement speed, and cannot be dismounted. Passive: While Giddyup is active, you cannot be reduced below 1 charge of Warhorse.
R2: Selfless Defender - Gain an additional charge with a 10 second delay between uses. Lothar is Unkillable for the duration and heals for 100% of the damage taken once it ends. If Lothar would have taken fatal damage, he gains 10 charges of Warhorse and heals for an additional 25% of his maximum health.
E: Legendary Authority - Commanding Shout's cooldown is reduced to 8 seconds, its range is increased by 25%, and its duration is increased to 6 seconds. Additionally, its range is no longer reduced while Dismounted.
D: Bonded Mount - While Mounted, gain 2 spell power and restore 1% of you maximum health every second for each charge of Warhorse. While dismounted, Warhorse's cooldown recharges 100% faster and taking damage from an enemy hero reduces its cooldown by 4 seconds. Additionally, Lothar cannot be interrupted while mounting.
D: Martyr - When Lothar dies, all nearby allies gain +25% movement speed, 25 armor, and +50% damage for 6 seconds. If an enemy hero is killed by an allied under this effect, your death timer is reduced by 10 seconds.
