Prophet of C'thun

Both the religious leader of the insectoid Qiraji and a successful author, the prophet Skeram is first among the servants of the old god C'thun. He seeks to exact his master's revenge on all reality and see Azeroth buried beneath beneath countless skittering feet. 

Skeram is a melee specalist hero who can supplement minion waves, provide valuable map awareness for his team and wear down the defenses, and sanity, of their enemies. 
Skin concept: Nerubian Skeram
He looked upon the hordes of walking dead descending onto Azjol'nerub. He knew doom was coming, but he'd never imagined it would come from above.

Combat Trait

Mind Vision
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Skeram infiltrates an enemies mind, allowing his allies to see through their eyes and revealing the area around the target for 10 seconds. 

Primary Abilities

Mind Spike
Mana: 20
Cooldown: 3 secs
Skeram attacks with pure mental anguish, firing a spike towards a target area and dealing (50+10 per level) damage. Hitting an enemy with mind spike causes them to slow down by 10% and take 10% increased damage from mind spike, which can stack up to 3 times.

Maddening Whispers
Mana: 40
Cooldown: 30 secs
Duration: 10 secs
An aura of noise emanates from Skeram, causing enemy minions, mercenaries and structures to be made vulnerable and do less damage.

Summon Image
Cost: 70 mana
Cooldown: 15 secs
Skeram summons an image of himself that can either move in a line or can be made to follow a unit. The illusion has health equal to 10% of Skeram's current health (it's health bar mimics Skeram's though) and does not attack. It can fire copies of mind spike, though these will only apply the debuff and will not deal damage.

Eye of C'thun
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 80 secs
Duration: 8 secs
Skeram summons the eye of C'thun above himself. The Eye fires a beam of dark energy at the location of the mouse, dealing (100+10 per level) damage per second to enemies hit by the beam. The Eye's damage will increase every time it does damage to an enemy.

Gate of Ahn'Qiraj
Cost: 0 mana
Cooldown: 120 secs
Skeram summons the Gate of Ahn'Qiraj at target location, causing it to spawn One Qiraji Gladiators (High Health Minions) and Seven Silithid Reavers to march down the nearest lane. The Gate will spawn another wave of Qiraji every 60 seconds. The gate will last indefinitely, but only one gate may be spawned at any time. Spawning another gate resets the cooldown on Qiraji spawning. 

TIER 1 TALENTS

Mana Burn (Q): Mind spike damage also removes 50 mana from the target.

Iconoclasm (W): Buildings affected by maddening whispers also have their ammo drained by 1 per second. 

Watchful gaze (Trait): Mind vision can instead be placed at a location, revealing the area for your team. When placed at a location it reveals stealthed enemies and lasts twice as long. 

Dominate: Killing enemies generates stacks of Dominate, spending 20 stacks can be used to instantly defeat a mercenary. 50 stacks can be spent to instantly convert an enemy mercenary to your side. 

TIER 2 TALENTS

Clarity of Insanity (Q): Applying stacks of Mind Spike lower the cooldown of basic abilities and Mind Vision.

Choir of Locust's (W): Maddening Whispers also deals (10+5 per level) damage to enemies per second.

Psychic Scream (W): When Maddening whispers is cast, enemies near Skeram will flee for 2 seconds. 

Erase Memory (Trait): Enemies affected by Mind Vision only acquire half the normal amount of experience. 

Sacrifice for C'thun: Skeram 1% of his mana whenever an enemy or ally dies while under the affect of his abilities. Increases to 5% mana and 5% of his health if it's a hero. 

TIER 3 TALENTS

Mind Blast (Q): Applying the third stack of Mind Spike stuns the target for one second. Enemies cannot be stunned this way again for 10 seconds. 

Indoctrination (W): Maddening Whispers causes enemy minions and mercenaries who fall below 10% of their health to fight for Skeram. 

Qiraji Conversion (Trait): Enemies heroes who die while affected by Mind vision will spawn a Qiraji Gladiator that will go to assist the closest lane. 

True Fulfillment (Trait): Mind Vision causes enemy minions to fall under Skeram's control. 

ULTIMATE ABILITIES

Mind over Matter (Q): Mind Spike travels through and damages enemy structures and minions. 

Devour Sanity (Q): Skeram heals for 10% of Mind Spike damage. 

Comforting Voices (W): Allies are healed for 2% of their health per second by Maddening Whispers. 

Materialize (E): Summon Image can be reactivated to have it and Skeram swap locations.

Metamorphose (Trait): Casting Mind Vision of an allied minion transforms them into a Silithid Reaver, causing them to deal increased damage and take reduced damage from nonheroic sources. (If True Fulfillment is selected, it will empower the converted minion). 

TIER 5 TALENTS

Mind Stab (Q): A fourth stack of Mind Stab can be applied to enemies. 

Crawling Chaos (E): Image also mimics casts of Maddening Whispers. 

Mirage (E): Summon image gains a second stack. 

Will of C'thun:
Cooldown: 45 secs
Duration: 2 secs
Target unit moves toward and attempts to basic attacks Skeram. 

TIER 6 TALENTS

Raid Wipe (R): Eye of C'thun no longer gains damage over time. Instead, whenever a hero dies while being damaged by the eye it's damage doubles. 

Scarab lord (R): Gate of Ahn'Qiraj instead summons a single high health, high damage Anubisath (similar to Abathur's evolve monstrosity, though uncontrollable). 

Hive Mind (Trait): Mind vision gains two additional charges and global range. 

Bolt of the Storm: 
Cooldown: 40 secs
Activate to teleport to a nearby location.

Well thought mate, It's a nice design and I especially love the idea of seeing a Qiraji in the game. Also the ultimates seem great, can imagine that eye and its beam in team fights! Keep up the good work!
