While holding the Magic banner Snotspill cannot basic attack or use his (Q), and his (W) is an alternate power.
No cooldown
Activate to place your magic banner (slight deployment delay freezing movement)
After a 4s abilty bar delay, re-activate within a range of 2 to pick up the banner.
Death does not reset Banner placement.
If snotspill dies while holding the Banner it will automatically be dropped.
If the banner has not been picked up for 50s it will break, and deployment will go on a 10s ability bar delay (interrupted heroic)

While banner is deployed
A circular hit box will be placed around your auto target. Allowing Snotspill to hop to a desired location while dealing 100 dmg and bonus dmg equal to 4% life.
The distance Snotspill can hop is fixed relative to his position rather then a universal hitbox. So you have to be closer to the auto target to hop behind them, then you do to hop to their side. Likewise, if you hop directly in front of them, you can do it from a greater distance. Or if you are already ontop of the target, you can end up a step back from where you started.

Reduces any active enemy spell armor in banner range by 50%. Additionally enemies lose 6 spell armor for every enemy hero in banner range, up to 25.

While holding Banner
allows you to throw the Magic banner gaining a deployment range, but its radius is reduced by 35% for 2s.

While Banner is Deployed
If your Auto target is within 3y of the magic banner, chain them to the magic banner for 3s restricting their range of movement (old lamb to the slaughter).
Casting You no leave on a target that has been hit Big ugly Gash in the last 2s, and Casting Big Ulgy gash on a chained target lowers Gash's cooldown by 2s.

While moving away from the closest enemy hero, your movement speed is dynamically increased between 1-20% based on the proximity and direction of all enemy heroes within a range of 6.
The closer you are to the closest enemy, the more movement speed is added. But moving towards the next closest enemies subtracts movement speed the closer they are.

Description
banner management and abilities revolve around, how aggressive to be with the banner's placement.. and when to leave it with retreat.
Great at assisting mage blow up, especially against dive heavy melee, but needs to be able to anticipate the casts.
When he drops his banner, he gains skill shot evasion with his Q, but is forced to focus on dancing around high HP targets.
