Vigilante

Hailing from Bloomington, Indiana, John Jack Morrison grew up among the cornfields of his father. Little did Jack knew that one day, he will be entered into a top-secret super soldier program at the onset of the Omnic Crisis. He will then come together with fellow American Gabriel Reyes, Egyptian elite sniper Ana Amari, German juggernaut Reinhardt Wilhelm, and Swedish weapons engineer Torbjörn Lindholm to form the first strike team of Overwatch, ending the Omnic Crisis. Since then, under his subsequent leadership, Overwatch entered a golden age. But alas, good things do not last forever, as egos, failed missions, and allegations of corruption rocked the organization. Compounding all these is an ever-growing feud with Blackwatch leader Reyes. The death blow struck at the organization's main HQ in Zurich, Switzerland, when the rumored feud boiled over, leaving the place decimated, with both Morrison & Reyes believed dead. Some say Morrison truly died in Zurich, with the vigilante Soldier 76 taking over his body. His watch as Strike Commander may have ended, but his watch on the Nexus as Soldier 76 has just begun, armed with his rifle and Tactical Visor, letting no injustice escape his sights.

Every bullet deals 34dmg(+4% per lvl) per bullet.Reload: Automatically initiates Reload at 0 Ammo. Press D to reload before Ammo is empty, reloading for 1.5s before he can fire.

Helix Rockets(Q)
Fire your Helix Rockets in a line dealing 428dmg in a center area and 216dmg on the outer area(AOE similar to non-VS boosted Flamestrike, center similar to Tyrande Lunar Flare) Has 3 charges.

Set down a Biotic Field at your location, healing 297HP per second, lasting 3s. AOE similar to VS-boosted Flamestrike)

When activated, 76 becomes Unstoppable, gaining +25% move speed for 3s


Cooldown: 12s, starts when effect has ended

Heroic Abilities

Tactical Visor(R1)
Reveal all enemies in the in a wide arc where he is facing(similar to talented Auriel Q)(including Stealthed Heroes), boosting you and your allies' attacks by 40%(including Basic Attacks, Basic Abilities, and Heroics) to enemies in the area.Projectile based Abilities(eg: Li-Ming Magic Missiles, Raynor's Penetrating Round,etc.) have +50% chance to hit a target Hero. Lasts 10s. Can change arc direction by moving.

Air Support(R2)
Drop a prototype version of your Bio Field anywhere on the map. Press R to drop a Biotic Field on the map. You do not regain charges until you have just 1 charge left.Heals you for 95 Health for 4s(has no lvl scale) and grants 10% Move Speed and Attack Speed for the duration. Has 5 charges.


Range: Global(Allied vision)
Cooldown: 30s per charge.

Level 1



Extended Cartridge(Ammo)
You now have 32 ammo.

Good Cardio(E)
Sprint's cooldown is reduced by 1s and starts when you use it

Assault Strike(Passive)
After every 5 Ammo consumed, fire a Helix Rocket dealing 247dmg(+2% per lvl) in an area. Does not stack with other talents.

Tactician(Passive)
!Quest: Participate in 10 Hero Kills with a basic attack. !Reward: Boost your basic attack dmg by 15%

Improved Emissors(W)
Biotic Field has +20% AOE

Level 4



From the Shadows(Passive)
Enter Stealth for 3s when leaving a gate/fog/bush.

Phantom of Justice(Passive)
!Quest: Each Hero kill you participate grants 1 stack of Phantom of Justice, gaining +3% move speed each stack. Stacks lost upon death.

Combat Training(E)
After using Sprint, 76 gains +10% attack and +5% move speed for 2s, reducing the cooldown by 1s.

Blistering Attacks(Q)
Enemies recently affected by his basic attacks(2s) get hit with +20% dmg from Helix Rockets if used on said target.

Relentless Pursuit(Passive)
Enemies under 25%HP get hit +10% from your basic attacks


Level 7



Survivor(Passive)
If he is at or below 10% Health, he has +20% faster regeneration

Veteran Vigilante(Trait)
Emptying your magazine at an enemy Hero(summons not included) will make your last 2 bullets deal +20% dmg

Catch & Shoot(E)
You can now reload while using Sprint, while using it while stationary takes only 1s

Stimulants(W)
Biotic Field now adds a +10% move speed to you and allies using it.

Level 13



Family(W)
Biotic Field now heals at 523hp per second

These Are Not Your Streets Anymore(Passive)
Every 3rd basic attack deals +30% dmg to the primary target

Boy Scout(W)
Biotic Field now has 2 charges, having a 1s delay between charges

Judge, Jury, Executioner(Trait/Q)
If an enemy Hero is at or below 15%HP, Stunned, Rooted, or Slowed, Basic Attacks hit for +10% dmg & range


Level 16



Enhancement Program(Passive)
Stuns, Silences, Slows and Roots durations are half the duration.

No Escape(Q/E)
If you recently attacked an enemy Hero/Heroic summon(3s), deal +30%dmg on your Helix Rockets and refresh Sprint's cooldown.

Hardened Veteran(Passive)
While at or below 40% Health, damage from all sources is reduced by 15%

A Good Day To Die Hard(E)
While at or below 100 Health, Sprint lasts twice as long.


Level 20(Storm)



WE Got You In Our Sights(R1)
76 & his allies now receive +20% move & atk speed while Tac Visor is Active. Now operates in a circle. (Similar to Malfurion Tranquilty)

Just In Time(R2)
If an Ally Hero takes fatal dmg under a summoned Bio Field, he/she gets 300HP back. Cooldown per charge lowered to 15s.

Nexus Capacitors(Passive)
Same as Nexus Frenzy

War Never Ends(Passive)
While at or below 150HP, he enters Stasis for 2s. After the Stasis, all his Basic Abilities' cooldown are refreshed, while your Heroic's remaining cooldown is halved. Can only happen every 45s.

V1.6-Reworks. Reworked Basic Attack mechanic, 2nd Heroic completely changed. Changed some Talents to fit with new Basic Atk mechanic Lvl 16 Talent Plasma Rounds and Lvl 20 Talent Command Responsiblity removed. Renamed Scum Hunter(Lvl 7 Talent) to Veteran Vigilante.

V1.7-Changes. Reworked R2 and Lvl 20 a little because I felt it was silly to have dropships for 76, which Morales kinda has. Nerfed Q a little, changed up Lvl 13 Talent Judge, Jury and Executioner, Lvl 4 Talent From The Shadows grants more stealth opportunities, and Lvl 1 Talent Assault Strike reworked.

V1.8-Tweaks to Trait and fixed Sprint icon, which was not displaying. (08/17/18)

Oops! Bursts of 3 projectiles each dealing 284 is almost 800 damage.... Make it a bit more clear please
