Level 1:
Point Blank: Helix Rockets deal 50% more damage in melee range.
Sustained Fire reduces the CD of Helix Rockets by 4 seconds.
Vigilante: Sustained Fire now activates on non-heroic units, dealing 217+4% damage.
Level 4:
Combat Nanites: Upon dealing damage to a target, gain Amplified Healing for 4 seconds, increasing the healing you receive by 50%.
Team Leader: Biotic Field now has no penalty for healing allies.
Get Down: Sprint grants evasion. Dodging an autoattack still reduces the duration.
Level 7:
Repositioning: Taking damage while Sprinting now increases the movement speed bonus by 20%, and the duration penalty is reduced by 0.75 seconds.
More Rockets: Helix Rockets has two charges.
Radar Sense: Activate to reveal the locations of nearby enemies for 3 seconds. Does not reveal them, but rather shows an icon where in fog / brush they are. The icon is the same for enemy heroes as it is for summons. CD: 20 seconds.

Level 13:
Bring 'Em Down: Sustained Fire slows the target by 70% for 0.5 seconds.
Ambush: Attacking or casting Helix Rockets from a bush increases your attack power by 50% for 3 seconds. CD of 10 seconds.
Fortification: Biotic Field grants 20 armor to yourself and allies.
Level 16:
Tank Buster: Sustained Fire reduces enemy armor by 25 for 3 seconds after activating.
Concussive Rockets: Helix Rockets stun targets above 90% health for 1.5 seconds.
Forcefield: While sprinting, you have a 218+4% point shield.
Level 20:
Aimbot: Tactical Visor causes your attacks to deal ability damage instead, and causes your attacks to apply two stacks of Sustained Fire instead of 1.
Battlefield Control: Airstrike now has global range and has an extra charge.
Superior Ordinance: Helix Rockets now fires two additional projectiles, but has a 2 second increased CD.
The Bigger They Are: Activating Sustained Fire on a target leaves them with 5 stacks instead of 0.
