Short Description: A versatile and mobile ranged assassin that excels in a variety of battlefield conditions.

Combat Trait

Toggleable. While toggled on, Soldier 76 gains 20% movement speed until making a Basic Attack or using an
Ability.
Cooldown: 2 sec.
Passive: Soldier 76 can move while making Basic Attacks though his Basic Attack damage is reduced by 50% while doing so.

Primary Abilities

(Q) Helix Rockets
(Q) Helix Rockets
Active, Projectile. Fires a fast moving projectile that travels out to Range 16, detonating when it hits the target location, or against the first enemy it impacts to stun for 0.25 seconds and deal (350 + 4% per level) on a direct hit. Enemies within a Range 3 AoE of the primary target take (200 + 4% per level) damage and are knocked back Range 3 distance away from it. Deals 50% damage vs Structures. Soldier 76 is subject to this knock back.
Cooldown: 8 sec.

(W) Biotic Field
(W) Biotic Field
Active. Drops a biotic field generator at Soldier 76's location. Restores 2.5% of max health plus 20 + 4% per level health per second for all friendly Heroes in a Range 6 area of effect for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 15 sec.

(E) Full Auto:
Active. Soldier 76's attack speed increases by 200% for 3 seconds. During this time, Soldier 76's Basic Attacks are divided evenly between all enemies in a cone Range 1 to Range 4 wide, and Range 7.5 long. Closer enemies are prioritized. An enemy cannot be hit in this way by more than three Basic Attacks per second.
Cooldown: 6 sec.

Heroic Abilities

(Q) Tactical Visor:
Active. Full Auto is toggled on for 6 seconds, prioritizes the enemy Hero with the lowest health and ignores Full Auto's hits per second limits. During this time, Soldier 76 ignores the damage penalty to Basic Attacks while moving, and his Basic Attacks cannot miss or be blocked (ignores Blindness, effects like Evasion, etc).
Cooldown: 4000 Charge required + 4% per level; 1 Charge gained per 5 Siege damage dealt, 1 Charge gained per Hero damage dealt or healed. No charge can be gained during Tactical Visor's duration.

(Q) Underslung Offensive:
Active. Helix Rocket's cooldown instantly refreshes and it gains 10 non-replenishing charges. These extra charges do not stack with other charges gained from this ability. 1 second cooldown between charge uses.
Cooldown: 4000 Charge required + 4% per level; 1 Charge gained per 5 Siege damage dealt, 1 Charge gained per Hero damage dealt or healed. No charge can be built off of non-replenishing Helix Rocket charges gained with this ability.

Level 1 Talents:

Rocket In My Pocket, Quest:

Hit a hero with Helix Rockets. Direct hits count as 2 hits.
Reward:
  • After hitting 5 Heroes, Helix Rockets next cooldown is reduced by 1 second if it hits a Hero, or by 2 seconds on a direct hit.
  • After hitting 10 Heroes, Helix Rockets speed is increased by 50%.
  • After hitting 20 Heroes, Helix Rockets gains a charge.

Bullet Hell, Quest:

Damage Heroes with Full Auto.
Reward:
  • After dealing 2000 damage to Heroes with Full Auto, Full Auto's cooldown is reduced by 0.1 seconds per Hero damaged by it per second.
  • After dealing 4000 damage to Heroes with Full Auto, Full Auto increases Soldier 76's attack speed by an additional 33%.
  • After dealing 8000 damage to Heroes with Full Auto, Full Auto increases Soldier 76's attack range by an additional 20%.

Biotic Man, Quest:

Heal Heroes with Biotic Field.
Reward:
  • After healing 1000 damage with Biotic Field, Biotic Field's cooldown is reduced by 0.2 seconds per Hero healed by it per second.
  • After healing 2000 damage with Biotic Field, Biotic Field's area of effect is increased by 20%.
  • After healing 4000 damage with Biotic Field, Biotic Field heals 20% more.

Double Time, Quest:

Takedown a Hero within 2 seconds of Sprinting for at least 4 consecutive seconds.
Reward:
  • After taking down 2 Heroes in this way, Soldier 76's Basic Attack damage reduction while moving is reduced by 10%.
  • After taking down 4 Heroes in this way, Soldier 76's Sprint speed bonus increases to 20%.
  • After taking down 8 Heroes in this way, Soldier 76's cannot be rooted or slowed whi1e Sprinting.

Level 4 Talents:


Suppressive Fire: Enemies damaged by Full Auto Basic Attacks are slowed by 20% for 2 seconds.

Sweep n Clear: Helix Rockets next cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds if it damages no enemy Heroes.

Biotic Feedback: Biotic Field heals +7% extra health per second per friendly Hero in its area of effect.

Tactical Advance?: Active. While Sprinting, activate this talent to gain an additional +10% movement speed until the Sprint ends, or +20% if you've taken damage from a Hero. 30 second cooldown.

Level 7 Talents:



AP Rounds: Soldier 76's Basic Attacks deal an extra 50% damage to Shields and ignore 10% Armor.

Frag Casing: Enemies hit by Helix Rockets take an additional 30% damage over 6 seconds, or 50% if directly hit.

Biotic Cleanse: Active. Activate while Biotic Field is active to make friendly Heroes in its area Unstoppable for 1 second. 30 second cooldown + 30 seconds for each Hero that gains the Unstoppable trait in this way.

Covert Ops: While Sprinting in weeds and bushes, you have Stealth, and your Basic Attacks deal +100% damage for 1 second.

Level 13 Talents:


Bursting Fire: Soldier 76's Basic Attacks deal 20% damage in a Range 1 area.

Focused Fire: Soldier 76 gains a focus stack against an enemy each time he damages it. These stacks increase his damage by +0.5% against that enemy to a maximum of +50% and expire after 2 seconds of not damaging that enemy.

Smell of Napalm: Helix Rockets create an area of flame in Range 3 that deals 50 + 4% damage per second for 5 seconds. Enemies hit are ignited for 20 + 4% damage per second for 5 seconds or 10 seconds on a direct hit.

Shock and Awe: Enemies damaged by Helix Rockets are slowed by 20% for 2 seconds, or by 50% for 2.5 seconds on a direct hit. Helix Rocket knockback is increased by 30%.

Level 16 Talents:



Biotic Hazard: Biotic Field can be thrown out to Range 5.5. Enemies in Biotic Field's area take damage equal to 35% of the damage it heals.

Biotic Ward: Biotic Field grants 4% Armor for each friendly Hero in its area.

Hooah!: Sprint can be used while Soldier 76 is stunned, silenced or polymorphed. If he does so during these conditions, instead of Sprint's normal effects, debuffs on him end, he becomes Unstoppable for 1 second, and Sprint's next cooldown increases to 60 seconds.

Mobilize: Sprint can be used while mounted and mounting becomes instantaneous. Mount and Sprint speed bonuses are cumulative.

Level 20 Talents:


I've Got You In My Sights: While Tactical Visor is active, Soldier 76's visual and Full Auto range are each increased by 50% and ignore line of sight blockers, enemies within his sight radius are revealed, and Tactical Visor's duration is refreshed for each Takedown he participates in.

Underslung Apocalypse Now: 5 of Underslung Onslaught's Helix Rocket charges become permanent and replenish normally.

Run N Gun: Soldier 76's Basic Attack damage reduction while moving is reduced by 30%. He can make Basic Attacks without ending Sprint.

Biotic Bunker: Biotic Field now grants shields to friendly Heroes each second for its duration equal to 75% of the damage it heals, and lasts 3 seconds longer.
