ON: Basic Attacks will deal 100% of the damage, ignoring armor and bypassing shields. Also increases Attack Speed by 5% for each attack, stacking up to 60%, if Soldier: 76 attacks 6 times on maxiumum Attack Speed his gun becomes overheated disabling HPR Overheat Mode and Basic Attacks for 5 seconds.
