Soldier: 76 [WIP]

Vigilante

Currently the target of an international manhunt, the vigilante known as Soldier: 76 wages a personal war to expose the truth behind Overwatch's collapse.

Soldier: 76 revealed himself in a string of attacks that crisscrossed the globe, targeting financial institutions, shadowy corporations, and secure Overwatch facilities. Though to the outside world his motives are inscrutable, there are those who claim that he is a former Overwatch agent, determined to shed light on the conspiracy that brought down the organization.

While his true identity remains a mystery, he is believed to have been trained as a member of the American "soldier enhancement program." He possesses physical capabilities exceeding those of a conventional soldier's, as well as other augmentations that make him a peerless combatant. In addition, he utilizes a cutting-edge arsenal, much of it stolen in raids on Overwatch installations.

Unrelenting in his search to find those responsible for Overwatch's fall, Soldier: 76 will stop at nothing to bring them to justice.

Combat Trait

Movement Speed is increased by 35% for 4 seconds.

(Soldier: 76 can't stay still, use basic attack's and spells while sprinting)
Cancel Sprint by using trait again.

Launch a projectile, dealing 320 damage to the first enemy hit and stunning it for 1 second.

Gain 10% bonus Attack Damage and Attack Speed for a duration, basic attack's may be used against selected enemy hero while moving for 5 seconds. Ability is canceled if Soldier: 76 is targeted by a hard crowd control effect.
You may recast this ability on another target.
Recast cooldown: 2 seconds.

Biotic Field
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 14


Plants a biotic emitter on the ground for 5 seconds which heals 65 health every second in a small area to nearby allied heroes and Soldier 76.
Biotic Field has 800 hitpoints.

For 6 seconds all enemy heroes in a large cone in front of Soldie: 76 are revealed and their armor is reduced by 15%, additionally Soldier: 76 can't be blinded for the duration.

Passive: Increase Lock On duration by 1 second.

HPR Overheat Mode

Mana per second: 4
Toogle on/off cooldown: 4 seconds


ON: Basic Attacks will always deal 100% of the damage to enemy, ignoring armor and bypassing shields. Also increases Attack Speed by 5% for each attack, stacking up to 60%, if Soldier: 76 attacks 6 times on maxiumum Attack Speed his gun becomes overheated disabling HPR Overheat Mode and Basic Attacks for 5 seconds.

OFF: Lose 15% of HPR Overheat Mode Attack Speed every second.

Basic attacks against enemy heroes reduce Sprint cooldown by 1 second.

!Quest: Reduce Sprint cooldown by 120 seconds.
!Reward: Sprint grants Unstoppable for 2 seconds.

Get out of my way
Deals 150 damage and slows Movement Speed by 90% for 1.5 second to first enemy hero in melee range in front of Soldier: 76 while sprinting.

Healing Fuel
Gathering a Regeneration Globe decreases mana cost of your next Biotic Field by 65.

Level 4


Keeping distance
Lock On Recast cooldown reduced by 1 second.

!Quest: Stay in Lock On range 8 times without being damaged by enemy spell.
!Reward: Attack Range increased by 1.1.

Timed acceleration boost
Helix Rockets projectile travel speed increased by 40% after traveling 60% of its base range.
If Helix Rockets hits an enemy Hero after traveling at least 60% of its base range, stun is increased by 0,5 second and damage is increaed by 30%.

Leadership
Nearby friendly minions deal 80% increased damage.

Level 7


Stamina
Increase Sprint duration by 3 seconds.

Tactical Retreat
If Sprint Movement Speed bonus is active and when not moving towards enemy heroes gain 35 Armor, reducing damage taken by 35%.

Anyone need some healing?
Increase Biotic Field radius by 25% and increases healing by 10 for each friendly hero within the range when casting.

Level 10


Tactical Visor
For 6 seconds all enemy heroes in a large cone in front of Soldie: 76 are revealed and their armor is reduced by 15%, additionally Soldier: 76 can't be blinded for the duration.

HPR Overheat Mode

Reduce Helix Rockets cooldown by 4 seconds if you hit an enemy hero

Stabilizer
Soldier: 76 can use basic attack's and spells while sprinting.

Mobile device
Biotic Field healing area is coming out from Soldier: 76 and follows his movement.

Stored power
Biotic Field burst heals 20% of max health after duration ends.

Level 20


Target Rich Environment
Tatctical Visor is always active.

The war goes on
Mana per second and toggle cooldown removed, Soldier: 76 can attack twice as long before his gun becomes overheated.

Execute
Helix Rockets instantly kills enemy hero below 20% health.

I don't play by the rules anymore
If your team outnumbers enemy team in a fight, Soldier: 76 gains additional 120 damage.

Explanations


Tactical Visor Enemy heroes are revealed and have their armor reduced only if Soldier: 76 is facing their way while ultimate is active.


Remember that this concept is still WIP some talents might be unbalanced.
