By smoking, Snake creates a large cloud of smoke lasting 4 sec, occluding vision in the area to any enemies outside of the smoke. This effect does not stack with field rations. This effect does stack with Suppressed Socom.

Snake can lay down a C4 charge, and later detonate it dealing 150 (+38 per level) by pressing the ability button again. C4 charges will remain hidden and last for 60 sec. C4 charges cannot be destroyed.

Snake dons a red bandana, giving him unlimited mana and 1.5 sec CD on Suppressed Socom for 6 sec. During this period snake uses a FAMAS rifle instead to fire on enemies which deals double the damage of Suppressed Socom, and 50% area damage.

Plus I don't think Konami would be so generous to allow Blizzard to use any of the characters of their IPs even if Blizzard asked.
