Sombra instantly hacks target map objective. The affect and cooldown differs on each map.
Hanamura: Hack a friendly payload to empower it.
120 second cooldown.
Haunted Mines: Hack a mineshaft to lock it to your enemies for 20 seconds.
30 second cooldown.
Towers of Doom: Hack a sapper camp to instantly capture the sappers and reset the camp.
90 second cooldown.
Infernal Shrines: Hack an active shrine to gain 10 shrine guardian kills.
60 second cooldown.
Battlefield of Eternity: Hack the enemy immortal to reduce it's armor and spell armor by 25. Can be used on enemy immortal in either phase (fighting or laning).
120 second cooldown.
Tomb of the Spider Queen: Hack an enemy hero to steal all of their gems.
90 second cooldown.
Sky Temple: Hack a guardian to instantly kill it.
10 second cooldown.
Garden of Terror: Hack a Garden Terror boss to gain 50 seeds.
120 second cooldown.
Blackheart's Bay: Hack Blackheart to add 5 shells to your team's next barrage. You cannot do this to the same barrage twice.
120 second cooldown.
Dragon Shire: Hack an enemy hero to prevent them from capturing Shrines or becoming the Dragon Knight for 15 seconds.
30 second cooldown.
Cursed Hollow: Hack a shrine location to force the shrine to spawn there after the appropriate delay. Cannot be used if the curse or shrine is active.
120 second cooldown.
Braxis Holdout: Hack a beacon to capture it and lock it from the enemy for 5 seconds.
30 second cooldown.
Warhead Junction: Hack a nuke to empower it's damage by 50% when used by a friendly.
30 second cooldown.
Empowering a Payload and Locking the Beacons are way too powerful for a Heroic. Maybe you could change it to hacking an enemy payload to stop it for 10 seconds and the beacons will charge 50% slower for the enemy.
That said, maybe just disabling a payload temporarily would be more balanced...
Any comments on the other affects? I feel the Sky Temple one is a bit weak.
