Sombra is a Ranged Overwatch Assassin, a Hacker who disables enemies

Sombra is designed to be exactly like how she is in overwatch. Shes an auto attack based assasin who can assist in sieging like Sylvannas but also has strong lockdown. Hack is a new and creative way of crowd control and benefits with its short cooldown. Because she can hack healing globes, shes an excellent solo laner through pure attrition but she lacks any ability damage or AoE capabilities at a baseline level.
The only major change I made was her trait. As you may or may not understand, not all direct ports work. And one of those is her trait. Her trait works in overwatch because there are multi level dimensions, line of sight, and no towers/structures to hide behind.
This wouldnt translate to this game as well because under the stipulation that enemies must be low HP and it requires you to be in a position to capitalize on it , itll almost never get real tangible value

Some small points if you were looking to refine the concept.
* Cooldowns - They are all at 7 seconds. Leading to being able to really do things only every 7 seconds. You made her cooldown dependent with no mana but I can't see a reason she wouldn't use mana. Her utility is too high to not to limited in some other way.
Suggested cooldowns
Hack - 5 seconds, its really her bread and butter. With it shorter and easy to use I would make the effects less powerful with shorter duration.
Translocator - 10-12 seconds, then allow flexibility in when to use it and how by starting the cooldown when placed.
Thermo - 7 seconds, lessen the movement speed as this is her second escape/engage and she shouldn't be uncatchable.
* Opportunist - Make the cap an actual one at 50%. As it is imagine a tassadar that kills you faster the lower your health gets. She would delete people.
* Hack - the persistence of hacked globes is very very long. You can get up to 5 other hacks before needing to hack another one, and the globe can be used up to 6 times. This makes globes collecting quests on other heroes very powerful and could be completed way before they are meant to. I would decrease this to 24 seconds. That gives Sombra three hacks before needing to globe hack again and the globes can be used up to three times. Making globes hacking a meaningful choice not something mindlessly done. Decrease this more if hack becomes 5 seconds.
* Talents - There might be too many that buff her trait (its passive) to op levels. I would love to see more talents that give you choice into how you are going to use Hack. You can use it three different ways and you have to actively choose how to and when. Her talents could reflect and strengthen that choice.
For instance "Countermeasures Disabled" could be a hack talent instead of a trait one. It even seems like one to me.
* Virus - Very interesting but seems frustrating to play against.
Quick idea of my own as a replacement, While under the effect of virus they take 40% increased damage from all sources. This damage is applied over 4 seconds. Cooldown 40 seconds.
With a 1 second delay on her E that basically makes it unusuable while under fire as any basic attack or ability would prevent the stealth from even happening but the movement speed can be lowered i think since windwalk is only 25% at baseline
*Her damage at high health is rather low. at level 1 at a full health target her DPS is 108 compared to tracer with 224 (6x18 vs 8x28). At 50% her basic attack damage is bumped to 27 from 18 and 162 DPS(6x27=162) at 25% health its bumped to 32 and 192 DPS (6x31=192).
Now tracers DPS is technically slightly lower because she has to reload due to her trait, but at a baseline level sombra will never do the same amount of DPS as tracer except at veyr low health levels, i gotta disagree
*the simple way to fix that is just to say hacked health globes do not count as normal health globes, so they do not benefit from health talents (her talent also specifically says only hacked health globes count for her. in OW hacked health packs last for 1 minute and you can get off exactly 5 hacks in between health packs. The entire playstyle revolves around managing hacks on different targets, just as in OW its between hacking health packs vs hacking heroes
*ya i agree on hack talents, can shuffle or add some stuff, i suck at making talents
*Its a 2.5 second stun over 5 seconds comparable to murkys octo grab which is a 3 second stun with the caveat that dying removes the octo (where the caveat is taking damage prevents the virus from being applied). I could space the duration the stuns come in so its still the same but less frequent though, but no ability in the current game has a 40% vulnerability (iirc the caps are at 25% bonus damage and 75% reduced damge currently).

Do I win a prize?: Every enemy hero takedown inceases the duration of hack's silence by 0.25 seconds, up to 2 seconds. Lost on death.
Glitch In the system: Hacked buildings lose 1 ammo every 2 seconds for the duration of the hack.
Level 4:
Scouting Drone
Yours is mine: Sombra can now hack enemy team's regen orbs.
Level 7:
Just Disappear: When cloaked, your translocator is invisible.
Level 16:
El Muerto: If revealed during cloak, Sombra gains 20% movement speed for the remainder of the duration.
Stick to the Plan: Sombra no longer exits cloak when damaged, but taking damage reduces the remaining duration by 1 second.

Upload: Her regen orb talent.
Knowledge is Power: Her bribe talent.
Level 4:
Vulnerable Systems: Her reveal at low health.

Telefrag: damage talent
Skycode: Distance increase talent.

Level 4 - Quest: Each takedown reduces the cooldown of hack by 0.75 seconds. After 10 takedowns, hack has a 0.5 second channel before activating
All level 7 talents should be translocator
Level 7 - After returning to your translocator, gain unrevealable and 100% movement speed for 1 second
Level 7 - Translocator can now be thrown at any unit. If it hits a unit, it sticks to them for the duration
Level 7 - Increases translocator throw range and becomes invisible to enemies, but can be revealed
Level 20 - Translocator and Hack no longer break stealth, instead resetting it's timer to full (so if you use the ability with 3 seconds of stealth left, it resets to 5 seconds)
If you're open to suggestions for talents, being able to throw the translocator over terrain, and moving while channeling hack would both be great talents that help bring over aspects of her playstyle in Overwatch nicely.
Some ideas for talents i have in my head include granting her vision to low hp targets (her actual ow trait), letting her do a small aoe damage burst upon teleporting to her translocator (think calamity in a way), increasing damage done coming out of stealth, and at level 20 the ability to hack a boss in some fashion that isnt broken, still powerful, and still can get some value even on non boss maps.
But yeah im open to talent ideas when i wake up ill add those in.
Also for the hack duration Ill probally leave that up to talents, 3 seconds as a baseline silence seems a bit too strong, right now its at the same duration of Alaraks dissonance Discord strike at level 7 but it cant be used while taking damage, does no damage, and can only effect 1 target per cast so it evens out
