Sombra by Xero

Sombra uses Power instead of Mana, generating 1 power every time she deals damage with her basic attack, doubled against hacked targets, and caps at 100. Sombra's Basic Attacks require a reload after every 20 attacks, which lasts for 1 second.

...And Anyone.
Sombra's basic attacks apply a stack of Exploit onto the target. At 20 stacks, the target becomes vulnerable to a hack. If 3 seconds pass after an Exploit has been applied, the exploit stacks begin to tick down at 5 per second.

Cooldown: 3 seconds

Hack an enemy with 20 stacks of exploit. Minions can be hacked without exploiting them.

Heroes are silenced for 2 seconds.
Minions are healed to full and turn against their allies.
Mercenaries are instantly defeated
Structures are stunned for 2 seconds.

Cooldown: 6 second
Power: 5 per second

Activate to become stealthed but drain 5 Power every half a second. While above 50 Power, Stealth consumes twice the Power but grants Unrevealable and Invulnerable. Sombra cannot hack, EMP or basic attack whilst Stealthed, and for 0.5 seconds after it ends. Can be recasted to cancel.

Cooldown: 3 second
Power: 50

Place a Translocator on the targeted spot that lasts for 12 seconds. Reactivate to teleport to the Translocator and destroy it. Neither placing it nor teleporting to it breaks Stealth.

Cooldown: 100 seconds
Power: 100

Sombra emits a large EMP around her, hacking all enemies caught in it's blast. Enemies hacked this way grant an additional 3 Power per attack.

(Radius of EMP is equal to Earthquake)

Cooldown: 60 seconds
Power: 100

Sombra enters and takes control of the targeted Tower, Fort or Keep for 8 seconds, granting her full control over it's target. While controlled this way, the structure has 33% more attack range. When it expires, Sombra teleports to the location of her Translocator without destroying it. If no Translocator is active, she instead appears next to the structure.
