Talon Infiltrator

Olivia "Sombra" Colomar is the world's most dangerous hacker, and a master manipulator. She learned at a young age that information is power - utilizing the weaknesses of her enemies, Sombra excels in shutting down enemy heroes. While her damage output is low, she has numerous ways to escape and is capable of strategically manipulating the battlefield.

Combat Trait

Hacker
Hacker allows her to have 3 passive [Hack] abilities to choose from, from her 1, 2, 3 keys. Only one [Hack] can be active at a time.


[Hack] XSS - Hack causes the enemy Hero's Q ability to be Hacked.
[Hack] Trojan Horse - Hack causes the enemy Hero's W ability to be Hacked.
[Hack] DDoS - Hack causes the enemy Hero's E ability to be Hacked.

Machine Pistol
[Info] Sombra's basic attack is a channeled attack, dealing in bursts of damage. It takes her 1 second to reload, and she cannot attack while moving.

Primary Abilities

Hack
Cooldown: 12 seconds

After a 0.5 second delay, channel for up to 2 seconds to Hack an enemy target. Enemy target interactions are as follows:

-Deal a moderate amount of damage to Heroes. [New mechanic] Apply the active [Hack], preventing the use an enemy ability for 4 times the duration of the channeling.
-Deal a small amount of damage to towers and fortifications, causing them to not attack for 3 times the duration of the channeling.
-Deal a moderate amount of damage to minions or mercenary units and the units in a small area around it, causing them to be stunned for 2 times the duration of the channeling.
-Disable an enemy fountain, causing them to be unusable for 10 times the the duration of the channeling.

Designer Note: Concept art for what Stitches would look like with [Hack] DDoS. Just imagine it's a cool purple lightning effect, and not MS Paint brush.

Trip Wire
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Place a Trip Wire in a target direction that arms and Stealths after 1.5 seconds. The first enemy Hero to touch it will be silenced for 2 seconds and receive a moderate amount of damage. Only 1 Trip Wire can exist at once.

Designer Note: This uses vector targeting, similar to Probius' Null Wall. It can be destroyed like Chromie's Time Trap.

Translocator
Cooldown: 16 seconds

Roll a Translocator on the ground. After rolling for 3 seconds, the Translocator will remain in place for an additional 3 seconds. Reactivate at any time to teleport to the Translocator's location. Translocator can be reactivated every 1 second.

Designer Note: It's basically a re-activatable Haunting Wave, that doesn't deal damage.

Heroic Abilities

EMP
Cooldown: 90 seconds

After 0.5 seconds, let out an EMP shockwave around Malfurion... erm, I mean Sombra - Hacking all enemies in the area for the equivalent of channeling 2 seconds. The EMP Hack deals twice the damage of her regular Hack ability.

Designer Note: It's very similar to Twilight Dream, Divine Storm, and other AoE around me abilities. Note that a tricky Sombra could use 1-R-3-Q to Hack both Q and E on a hero!

Stealth Attack
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Activate to gain 20% movement speed for 12 seconds, and stealth every 3 seconds for 12 seconds. Taking damage, attacking, using Abilities, or channeling reveals you. Attacking during stealth gains 50% bonus attack damage for 3 seconds. Stealth lasts 3 seconds.

Talents

Here are a few of the ideas I had in mind!

Level 1


Extended Magazine
Sombra's Machine Pistol magazine size is doubled, but increases reload time to 1.5 seconds.

Planned Escape
Translocator is now tossed in the air for the first 1 second, allowing it to go over terrain. It rolls for an additional 1 second.

Elite Infiltrator
Mounting grants Stealth for 6 seconds. Taking damage, attacking, using Abilities, or channeling reveals you.

Level 4


Blind Fire
Sombra's basic attack damage is reduced by 15%, but splashes to nearby targets.

Battery Pack
Translocator now remains an additional 2 seconds.

Boop!
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Deal 1 damage to a nearby enemy, prioritizing Heroes. If this ability attacks an enemy Hero, gain stealth and 20% movement speed for 10 seconds. You are Unstoppable for the 1 second. This ability will automatically use your Spray emote.

Level 7


It's a Trap!
Sombra can now have 2 Trip Wires active at once, and the cooldown reduced by 5 seconds.

Steel Wires
Trip Wires also slows the target by 20% for 3 seconds.

Barbed Wires
Increases damage dealt by Trip Wires by 40%.

Level 13


Code Analysis
Hack on a Heroic target also reduces Armor by 10% for the Hack duration.

Glitch in the System
Hack on a Heroic target also reduces healing by 40% for the Hack duration.

Static Interference
Hack deals 100% bonus damage to Shields.

Level 16


Buffer Overflow
An additional [Hack] is allowed to be active, but now halves the hack duration to Heroic targets.

Designer Note: Controlled like this: 1: EMP affects Q, Hack affects W-E, 2: EMP affects W, Hack affects Q-E, and 3: EMP affects E, Hack affects Q-W.

Corrupted Memory
Hack also stuns enemy Heroes for 0.5 seconds. This does not apply to the Hack effect caused by EMP.

Key Logger
Hack can now be channeled an additional 1 second.

Remote Command Injection
Hack can now be channeled while moving.

Level 20


Aftershock
EMP now emits a second EMP shockwave after 4 seconds. The EMP Hacks now deal three times the damage of her Hack ability.

Utility Belt
Stealth Attack now resets the cooldown of all of Sombra's basic abilities on casting. Hack is also reset each time Sombra gains Stealth through Stealth Attack.
