(yes another sombra concept. just hear me out ok?)
Sombra is a stealthed specialist who focuses on sabotaging enemies and shutting down their most powerful assets.
Pros
Powerful passive gives her access rivaled only by Medivh
Huge utility in the form of Hack
Decent mobility
Cons
Very squishy if caught out of stealth
Almost all utility is in Hack
Mediocre damage
Sombra excels at ruining the plans of her enemies. By default her Q,
Hack, can silence enemies for 3 seconds as well as disable towers, but many talents, such as
Intelligence Network and
Master Hacker, can augment
hack and empower it to become a workhouse that does a bit of everything. her ultimate,
EMP pack, with a bit of planning, can easily swing teamfights with a huge untalented
hack on every enemy, and her other ultimate,
Lockout, provides a huge amount of value by removing the minimap of enemies, severely limiting their intel.
Shoudl you choose to build around Translocator, Sombra sacrifices the immense utility of hack for a fast paced, high mobility playstyle, with Telefrag becoming a core part of her damage.
Sombra works well with allies that can capitalize on her mischief, such as initiators like
Sonya,
Tyrael, and
ETC.
Sombra excells against those who rely on abilities, like
Tracer, Jaina, and
Kael'Thas. Lockout also makes life hard on those who rely on the minimap, such as
The Lost Vikings and
Abathur.
Sombra is countered by enemies who can pressure her and prevent her from getting the channel for hack off, like
ETC, Muradin, and Sonya. She is also weak against enemies who dont rely on abilities, such as
Raynor and
Valla
(PS, this is my first hero concept, and I would LOVE feedback :D)
