Marked Location: Activate to teleport yourself to the location of the target you hacked within the last 2.5 seconds.

Hidden Collector (Quest): Gathering Health Globes while stelthead will increase your energy pool until a maximum of 250+ Energy.
Reward:
Once 25 Health globes has been gathered while stelthead - your translocator will no longer have a mana cost to be activated and your movement speed while stelthead is increased by 15%
Level 7

Did not see that coming: After exiting stealth your basic attack damage is increased by 50% for 2 seconds.

Hardened Cloaking: Damage taken while stelthead is reduced by 75% and it takes 1 second before the stealth drops after taking damage.
- Stocked up: Translocator has 2 charges. Both can be placed in rapid succession and you choose which one you would like to teleport too.

Mending shots: Basic attacks heals you for 25% of the damage done.

Piercing rounds: Your basic attack ignores 65% of any shield the target has.
Level 16

Single File: Your basic attack no longer deals splash damage and simply does the total damage on the target at hand.

Connecting people: If hack is cast on a enemy hero that stand within close proximity of another enemy hero: both will be affected by hack but it only lasts for half the duration.

Escape artist: Activating the
translocator will place you in stealth for 2.5 seconds. If you'r
Camo is on cooldown while doing this - it's cooldown will be halted until the 2.5 seconds is over.
Level 20

EMP Overload: EMP has a 25% wider range and will now remove the Cores shield for it's duration.

Long Ranged Weaponry: The Lost Muertos backup now lasts for 15 seconds, the members are more durable for combat and will attack should you be TOO close to the safe zones but they will not chase far.

Hack the world: Hack can now be used on the enemy core and will turn it's fire to hit the enemy team for 6 seconds.

Grand Opportunist (Requires "Opportunist" at level 1): Allied heroes can now also see enemy heroes beneath the HP threshold.

Back door: There will always be a permanent translocaator in your Nexus Home that can be used besides the ability one on a separate cooldown.
Cooldown: 15 seconds.

"- On 2 lane maps - the Hack on a healing well only lasts for 30 seconds."
So there a good reason to take this talent on specific Maps, but its weaker on them. Why? Its Sylvanas passive disabling-time shorter on Battlefield of Eternity, the Punisher map, braxis holdout etc.? Talents-decisions deepends on allied compositions, enemy compositions and the map you are playing. So nNo Reason to make it weaker on specific maps and compositions.
In terms of the advanced hacking it's because that currently the 2 lane maps are per say "shorter" in distance between points and objectives and the two lanes themselves. Being able to shut down a well on a 2 lane map for 1 whole minute was something I feared would be too strong. + Sylvanas needs to STAND at the thing she attacks to shut it down - Sombra in terms of the Advanced hacking and healing wells can pop in, disable it for 1 min or 30 sec and then just pop back out again without needing to "spend time" disabling something that could prove crucial for a longer period of time.
In my opinion heroes shouldnt become special rules on specific maps. This looks ugly for the players and dont needed, couz good players exists, couz they use the strongest heroes and strongest talents on the right map.
And well, I myself was not a huge fan of the concept of a map specific function either but in the long run: the lengthy duration of the effect on wells on 2 lane maps was something I became LESS a fan off which is why I decided to let it stay that way. Yet I doubt it would work like that in a final cut indeed.
