Obviously a joke character, but I put some serious thought put into it.
Goku is a melee assassin that packs a serious punch. As a member of the warrior race of saiyans, Goku grows more powerful the more he fights in combat.

-Level 20 Stats- HP 4529 Regen 9.28 AP 348.56
Combat Trait

Saiyan Blood
Active Goku charges his Ki at a rate of 15 Ki per second.
Cooldown 3 Seconds
Passive Every 3 seconds that Goku is in combat, he takes 1% less damage. Up to a maximum of 10%. Three seconds after not dealing or receiving damage, Goku he loses this 1% of this bonus and it continues every second.

Kamehameha Wave
Cost 25 Ki Cooldown 6 Seconds
Goku begins charging his Kamehameha Wave, rooting him in place. Each second spent charging adds an additional 80 (+4% per level) damage and 5% range.

Kaio-ken
Cost 12 Ki Per Second Cooldown 8 Seconds
Increases Goku's basic attack damage by 10% and increases his attack speed by 25%.
After 1 second, Goku instantly heals for 20% of his maximum health, and his ability power is increased by 5%.
Goku must return to the Hall of Storms in order to replenish his Senzu Bean supply.
Heroic Abilities

Super Saiyan
Cost 75 Ki Duration 25 Seconds Cooldown 90 Seconds
Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan. Increasing his attack speed by 25%, his basic attack damage by 15%, and his ability power by 10%.
While is Super Saiyan form, Goku cannot activate his Kaio-ken ability.

Gather Energy
Cost 100 Ki Channel Duration 30 Seconds Cooldown 3 Seconds
Goku begins gathering energy for his ultimate attack. Once the channel is completed, Goku is able to cast the Spirit Bomb.
Allies can assist Goku by clicking on a orb that appears above their character, beginning a 6 second channel. Each second spent channeling reduces the total channel time of Gather Energy. Allies can only channel once.
Goku throws the Spirit Bomb, a massive orb that deals 7000(+4% per level) damage to the first enemy in its path. If the enemy is killed, any leftover damage continues with the Spirit Bomb, damaging additional enemies. The Spirit Bomb does not stop until it either runs out of damage, or leaves the map.
If Goku is attacked during the channel, it is interrupted. Goku also loses all stacks of Gather Energy.
Does not affect structures.

Goku teleports to target allied or enemy hero. Global Range.
