Spell Breaker

Elven warrior

Produced at the blood elf arcane sanctum, Spell breaker is an elven warrior trained to disrupt and contort magical energies. These Blood Elven warriors, fresh from the destruction of their homeland, have turned a new eye towards the dying land of Lordaeron.

Combat Trait

Mana cost: 40
Cooldown: 25

Single Target Spell

Activate to deal 80 damage for each basic ability on cooldown and increase their cooldown by additional 50% of their orginal value.

Spell Breaker can see icons above enemy heroes which shows the number of their basic abilities on cooldown.

Self Cast

Basic attacks deal 35% increased damage and apply Outbreak stacks. Lasts for 5 seconds.
Reactivate to make your next basic attack ranged. (Only once)

Enemies with 3 stacks of Outbreak are silenced for 2 seconds.

Gain a Shield that absorbs 430 Spell Damage over 2 seconds.

Arcane Chain
Mana cost: 60
Cooldown: 14

Skillshot

Throw a chain towards a target location. If it hits an enemy Hero it will create a link between him and Spellbreaker for 4 seconds, moving apart too far breaks the chain.
Chained hero takes 47 damage every 0.5 seconds and his Movement Speed is reduced by 25%.

Add last basic spell used by enemy to your talent abilities.
Spellbreaker may have maximum 3 Stolen Spells at a time, which are untalented, cost 30% more mana and cannot be used if any other Stolen Spell is on cooldown.

Spell Immunity
Mana cost: 70
Cooldown: 90

Single Target Spell

Gain Unstoppable and 80 Spell Armor but reduce Physical Armor by 40, rapidly comes back to original values over 4 seconds.

Magic Shield on you during this effect ignores Spell Armor and if it gets destroyed, increase duration of Spell Immunity by 2 seconds.

Mana bath
Successful silence from Outbreak restores 80 mana to all allied heroes aroud enemy and reduces cooldown of Feedback by 3 seconds.

No escape
Quest: Chain enemy heroes for 40 seconds.
Reward: Arcane Chain roots target for 1.25 seconds after duration ends.

Adapting
Quest: Destroy your Magic Shield completely while its active 5 times.
Reward: Increase duration by 2 seconds.




Level 4


Reach
Increases Arcane Chain cast and link range by 20%.

Feedback bonus damage increased by 25% to chained heroes.

Collecting power
Gathering regeneration globe reduces Magic Shield mana cost by 100%.
Effect is lost only if Magic Shield gets destroyed completely.

Refund
Each Outbreak stack reduces Magic Shield cooldown by 1 second.

Level 7


Hush
Increase Outbreak silence by 0,75 seconds.

Observant
If you increase cooldowns of 3 basic spells in one cast, deal 100 additional damage.

Move on
Arcane Torrent may be casted on allies as a Cleanse.

Level 13


Under fire
While Arcane Chain is active nearby enemy spell casts increase Spell Breaker's Movement Speed by 5% up to 40% for as long as link is active.

Mana sparks
Deal damage around you if Magic Shield gets destroyed.

Absorption
Regenerate 400 hitpoints over 3 seconds if Magic Shield gets destroyed.


Move on
Arcane Torrent applies 1 Outbreak stack for every basic ability on cooldown.


Level 16


Glaive master
Your basic attacks are ranged for the duration of Feedback.
Reactivate to make your next basic attack bounce to nearby enemy Heroes. (Only once)

Guardian
Magic Shield can now be casted on ally hero to grant them an untalented shield. Spellbreaker will always get the shield, if self-casted shield is granted to closest allied hero.

Shield Deflect
Cooldown: 16 seconds.
Deflect enemy projectiles in front of you for 0.8 seconds.
Reduce cooldown by 8 seconds if you succeed.


Level 20


Perfect copy
Stolen Spells have talents based on enemy talent tree choices and no longer cost 30% more mana.
Increase Spell limit by 2.

Mage's nightmare
Reduce cooldown by 3 seconds for every enemy spell casted nearby.
No longer reduces Physical armor.

Anti-magic zone
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Creates a large field on the ground for 7 seconds, allies inside gain 20 Spell Armor. Enemy projectiles are greatly slowed when within fields range.

No magic allowed
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 100
After 1.25 seconds silence every hero on the map except Spell Breaker for 4 seconds.

Yo, really liked this concept. I think you've done great work and ******* this is cool, cause it's frigging spell breaker. Dunno what to say about skills and talents cause they're awesome, also reminded me of Rubick in DotA.

I like this comcept, but I see some problems in his talent tree:
- For Shield Block, armor caps at 75 so, the extra 25 in useless, so either change that or make it just be a "Protected" but just for Physical Damage.
- Refund is not a good talent copared to Collecting Power, yes it reduces the CD more, but players will try to time the shield to get its maximun value. To get it short, its a talent for "noobs" and this are not used very often.
- Last, Weakened Magic is way too powerfull to be a Level 13 talent, maybe even to powerfull to be a Level 16 talent, I suggest to move it to Level 16 and lower its Spell Power reduction to 50%.

I agree with two first points but I am not sure about Weakened Magic.
I based this talent on Anub's lvl 16 talent which reduces spell power by 50% for 4 seconds to all enemies hit by his burrow.
So compared to this, Weakened Magic is single target, longer cooldown, 4 seconds duration but with possibility of target escaping. Only plus is additional spell power reduce.

Ok, now I get where you are going at, and I agree, but I still think that it should be moved to Level 16. This talent is just too good to be at Level 13, but this is just my opnion. Overall, this is a realy good concept.
