massive changes to this greate concept, changed all abilities mechanics and a new talent tree!
Ranged warrior, mage counter and cc counter. able to steal abilities and use them against his foes, can become invulnrable to abilities.
gain mana from being targeted with abilities.
Hp- 4000, has 25% resistance to ability damage aa damage- 250, 0.77 aa speed, 4.5 range
uppon getting stunned or root, become unstobable for 2 sec.
10 sec cd.
Primary Abilities

[Q] double blade strike-
leap forward up to a medium distance (you choos the distance) and after a short delay, attack all enemies in a medium arc dealing 250 damage, slowing targets and reducing their ability power by 25% for 3 sec, if you hit a hero, it can be recast within 3 sec.
9 sec cd, 40 mana

[W] magic shell-
Block all ability damage for the next 2.5 sec. 5 sec cd, 25 mana.
, at the end you gain a shield equal to 20% of that damage up to 500 points, that last 2.5 sec.

[E] magic shackles-
short range skill shot, after a delay, hit the first target silencing it for up to 3 sec and dael 200 damage over the duration, if the target gets too far the ability is canceled.
10 sec cd, 70 mana.
Heroic Abilities

[R1] anti magic aura-
create a medium aoe (a little bigger than zera's vp) in which enemies are silenced, the area remains for 6 sec.
80 sec cd.

[R2] control magic-
target a friendly target to remove any current debuff (movement poison etc...), reactivate within 5 sec to cast the same debaffs on an enemy target, or target an enemy to remove any buff (but not heroics buff), reactivate within 5 sec to cast the same baffs on an friendly target
2 charges (5 sec cd between charges), 20 sec cd.
Talents
tier 1
-objective (!) every time you hit an enemy with the 2nd strike increase the damage of the 2nd strike by 2, uppon hitting 25 targets, increase the damage by additional 50 (total of 100 bonus) and increase your aa speed in melee range (2) by 30%.
- the shield takes 50% less damage from abilities.
- regen globs grant you 20 mana, and MAGIC SHACKLES refound 5 mana per sec, objective (!) gain 500 mana from orbs and MAGIC SHACKLES to increase its range by 20%.
tier 2
- the 2nd strike reduce ability damage by 50%
- the 2nd strike slows for 50%
- targets no longer recharge their abilities' cd under the effect of magic shackles.
- reduce the cd by 3 sec if you hits an enemy with DOUBLE BLADE STRIKE.
tier 3
-Feedback- every 3rd aa silence the hero for 0.5 sec and recharge 10 mana.
- also recharge MAGIC ABSORB when it triggers. -thirst for magic- increase all healing effects on you by 30%, every time an ability is cast on you, you gain 25% speed for 2 sec.
tier 4
-ANTI MAGIC AURA
-CONTROL MAGIC
tier 5
- after the 1.5 sec, the shield explode silencing any target within a short range for 0.75 sec
- after the 1.5 sec, the shield explode dealing 200 damage and you regen 10 mana per hero hit
- the shield explode slow targets by 50% decays over 2 sec.
tier 6
-now become unstoppable for 2 sec after it triggers
- aa reduce the cd by 1.5 sec
- if it lasts its max duration, silence the target for additional 1 sec.
tier 7
-slows enemies within by 35%, allies in the aoe gain 40% resistance to ability damage - aa reduce the cd by 5 sec. - increase shield generated to 30% of the damage and increase the max ammount to 1000.
- now can be recast a 3rd time if it hits a hero on the 2nd.
The first heroic is very basic yet very useful. Good one.
