Stalagg & Feugen were two bosses found in the Abomination Wing of Naxrammas. They were part of the Thaddius encounter.
Stalagg and Feugen are a two player hero, based off HEAVY teamwork and high understanding of positioning. Both are quite powerful, but have the drawback of dying separately and being both vulnerable to CC -- Which means that one of them can be hard focused, effectively taking out a BIG chunk of their DPS.
They are both two separate characters. The reason they are played by two players is because their abilities rely on each other -- And they cannot move farther than a certain distance from each other. Both get specific talent trees to specify what they want to do -- Will one be the tankier and the other go more on a dps'ey spree? They both start out with the very same stats, and with no mana bars, and so only abilities, traits and talents will differentiate them.

Tied From Creation
Stalagg and Feugen are tied together and cannot move away from each other too much.
The visual representation is an ray of electricity between the two. It is not visible to anyone but the two wights and their allies.

New Batteries
Stalagg and Feugen die separately, but if one revives while the other is still living, he respawns within an area around the other Wight. Their death timers recharge 15% faster if one of them is alive.
Primary Abilities

Magnetic Pull [Both] [Q]
Cooldown : 15 seconds Only usable if both wights are alive
The Wight that casts this transfers all the damage they have taken within the past 5 seconds to the other Wight. The caster heals for the amount of damage they have transferred. If an enemy is currently attacking the caster, their focus is also forced onto the other Wight for 2 seconds (meaning they cannot auto attack or target anyone else with abilities for the duration. Area of Effects and skillshots can still be used on other targets.).

Power Surge [Feugen] [W]
Cooldown : 9 seconds
Deal 200 (+10/level) to a target and charge them up for 5 seconds. If any of their allies are nearby them while they are charged up, they deal 10 (+2/level) damage per second to them as long as they have the charge.

Electric (In)Justice! [Feugen] [E]
Cooldown : 12 seconds Only usable if Stalagg is alive
Feugen overcharges the electric ray between him and Stalagg for 3 seconds. Enemies that connect with the ray take 50 (+4/level) damage per 0.5 second. Enemies can see the ray while this is active.

Cooldown : 9 seconds Requires Feugen to be alive
Stalagg channels for 0.5 second and makes Feugen pulse with eletric energy, damaging enemies in a medium sized area around the wight for 200 (+30/level)

Stalagg crush you! [Stalagg] [E]
Cooldown : 13 seconds
Stalagg auto attacks twice as fast now (increase auto attack speed by 100%) and his attacks deal 40% more damage to targets charged up by Feugen's W ability (Power Surge). If the target is forced to attack Stalagg due to Magnetic Pull from Feugen, Stalagg deals an extra 40% damage to them with his attacks. Lasts for 3 seconds. Only one of the bonuses can count. Damage bonus is only half as effective during [Stalagg Kill!]
Heroic Abilities

Tesla Coils [Feugen] [R1]
Cooldown : 90 seconds
Feugen casts a buff on both him and Stalagg that lasts for 15 seconds. Enemies who are nearby either of the wights take 10 (+10/level) damage per seconds. If an enemy is near both, he takes 50 (+20/level) damage per seconds instead. Visual representation is a bolt of lightning departing from the wight that is nearby the enemy (departs from the electric ray between the two if the enemy is near both and taking the bigger damage). Being hit by one of these lightning bolts reduces healing taken by 20% for 2 seconds.

Stalagg -- Save me! [Feugen] [R2]
Cooldown : 130 seconds
Feugen supercharges himself for 10 seconds. If Feugen dies within this time, Stalagg will stop acting and will start channeling and become unstoppable for 3 seconds. After those 3 seconds, Feugen will respawn with 60% of his maximum health. Resurrecting ends this buff.

Stalagg Kill! [Stalagg] [R1]
Cooldown : 25 seconds Duration : 8 seconds
Stalagg's size and hitbox increase by 30% and Stalagg gains +50% attack damage and +30% attack speed, as well as healing for 30% of damage dealt by both his attacks and abilities, as well as receiving +40% more healing. Stalagg is unstoppable during this. For every 10% of his maximum health that Stalagg takes as damage, increase the cooldown of this ability by 3 seconds.
DAMAGE TAKEN INCREASED BY 40% WHILE THIS IS ACTIVE.

Feugen... Save ME! [Stalagg] [R2]
Cooldown : 130 seconds
