Of all the less serious concepts I've made, at least this one theoretically has a chance to make it in. (Blizzard did make a game with Superman in it, after all.)
Superman is a Melee Warrior that can ignore basic attacks, and has some.. Interesting abilities.
(No, it's not meant to be very balanced, either.)
Passive; lul AA based team comps Superman passively has 100 Physical Armor, completely negating all Basic Attack damage. However, he has -10 Spell Armor, taking 10% increased ability damage. Superman also lacks a resource. Because he's Superman, why would he need one?
Primary Abilities

[Q] - Laser Vision
Active; Pew Pew Blast an enemy hero with your Laser Vision, dealing ~260 damage over ~0.75 seconds, knocking them back during that time. Has a ~8 second cooldown.

[W] - Freezing Breath
Active; Slooow Doowwn Breathe a stream of Frost Breath in target direction, covering a cone-shaped area. Enemies in the closer ~50% are slowed by ~10% per second they stand in the Frost Breath, while enemies in the farther ~50% are slowed by ~5% per second. The slow lasts ~2.5 seconds after they stop having it applied. Lasts for up to ~5 seconds, dealing ~60 damage per second to closer enemies(or ~30 to farther enemies). Has a ~14 second cooldown.

[E] - Superhero Landing
Active; Even Superheroes have Memes Only usable from 'It's a Bird! No, it's a Plane! No, it's Superman!'. Land in target area after a ~0.25 second delay, hitting the ground so hard it creates a shockwave. All enemies hit by the inner ~25% of the shockwave or are hit by your landing take ~320 damage and are stunned for ~0.75 seconds. Enemies hit by the outer 75% are instead knocked back a short distance, taking ~50 damage and are then slowed by ~20% for ~1 second. Has a ~16 second cooldown, which does not count down while in 'It's a Bird! No, it's a Plane! No, it's Superman!'.

[R] - Orbital Pawnch
Active; Are they okay? Punch target enemy hero into orbit, dealing ~400 damage initially, and placing you both into 'stasis'. After a ~1 second delay, punch them back down through the atmosphere, causing them to take ~800 additional damage from both landing and the damage on teh way down. Additionally, upon landing, they are stunned for ~2 seconds, as they recover.. Somehow. Has a ~100 second cooldown.

[R] - Solar Powered
Active; oh my Take off, flying into the sun of the Nexus. After ~5 seconds, you return, with ~1000% increased health and damage, as well as ~100% increased movement speed. These numbers decay at a rate of ~100%/10% per second, until you hit normal values again. Has a ~100 second cooldown.

[Z] - It's a Bird! No, it's a Plane! No, it's Superman!
Active; High in the Sky After a ~1 second delay, which cannot be interrupted by damage, shoot into the sky, knocking all nearby enemy heroes back and dealing ~50 damage to them. While flying in the sky, Superman has ~200% increased vision range, but cannot see into Vents/Bushes, even while over them. He also moves ~60% faster. The only ability castable while mounted in this way is 'Superhero Landing', otherwise, you may only dismount by hitting [Z] again.
Talents
Level 20|Tier 7 Supah Speed - Orbital Pawnch now occurs over ~0.5 seconds, and additionally deals ~50% increased damage on the second hit. Power Incarnate - Solar Powered now grants ~1000% more Health/Damage, and now additonally stops counting down at ~200% health and damage, effectively doubling maximum health/damage on use. These bonuses cannot be increased to higher, and it additionally will be lost on death, until the ability is used again. Faster Than a Speeding Bullet - It's a bird! No, it's a plane! No, it's Superman! now grants ~150% increased speed while active.
