Cooldown:120 seconds
Activate to channel for 3 seconds on a nearby destroyed fort or keep, rebuilding an unstable hard light version of it that is always friendly to Symmetra's team, lasts up to 90 seconds and has 60% of the original building's health and deals 50% of its original damage but has infinite ammo.
Enemy structures will not interact with the hard light building and neither will it.
Minions, mercs and monsters will always prioritize a hard light building over other structures.

Place a shield generator at a target location that aplllies 75 shields per second to allies in its area.The generator lasts for 3 seconds.The shields will persist for 2.5 seconds after exiting its radius.

Photon turret

Place a photon turret at the target location that lasts for 3 seconds and locks on a single target enemy ,priorating heroes, and zapping them with a beam that deals 34 damage per second slows its target by 25% and lowers their armor by 10,as long as they stay in range.The photon turret has 250 health.If the photon turret doesn't last for its full duration refund 20 mana.

Symmetra fires a photon barrier at the target direction that travels forward, giving 325 shields for 5 seconds to allies and rooting enemies for 1 second, while also dealing them 281 damage.Symmetra always gets the shields.
(The range of the ability will be pretty small, but it will be VERY wide)

Cooldown:25 seconds Mana:50
Symmetra channels for 1 second on an enemy hero, unleashing a photon discharge on them that will blind and silence them for 2.75 seconds ,while also dealing them 234 damage.
LEVEL 1 TALENTS
Hardlight Shield(Passive):Every 6 seconds gain a charge of hardlight shield that will trigger on the next heroic source of damage that hits you to give you 125 shields.Stores 2 charges.
Shield Regenerator(W):Ally heroes standing within the shield generator's radius are healed for 51 health per second.
Vishkar Research(Q):Quest:Gather 15 regen globes
Quest:Hit 20 enemy heroes with photon orb
Quest:Capture 3 merc camps
Reward:Each time you complete 1 of the Quests reduce Photon orb cooldown by 1 second and increase the potency of the attack speed and spell power reduction by 2%.
Reward:Completing all 3 quests allows photon orb to pass through structures and increase photon orb damage by 50.
Turret Shield(E):Photon turret health is doubled and it can now recieve shields from all sources.Photon Turret also gains 20 spell armor.
LEVEL 4 TALENTS
Photon Block(W):For every second that ally heroes stand in the shield generator they gain 50 physhical armor agaist the next heroic basic attack.Each hero can store 3 charges.
Battery Save(W):Shields for shield generator now persist for 4 seconds and the radius is increased by 10%.
Hardlight Wall(TRAIT):Hardlight building can be used on gates and if so the cooldown is lowered by 95 seconds.
Vishkar recruit(Passive):Photon turret gains 50 armor against non-heroes.Friendly non-bosses mercs near Symmetra deal 25% more damage and gain 15 structure armor.
LEVEL 7 TALENTS
Mopping Turret(E):Photon Turret's attack chains to nearby minions, mercs and monsters.
Vishkar renovation(TRAIT):Friendly structures near the hardlight building are healed for 35 health per second.
Penetrate(Q):Photon Orb deals 50% bonus damage to shields and gives 70 shields for 2 seconds to all allies it passes through.Additionally enemies hit are slowed by 20% for 2.5 seconds.
Photon Shield(Active):Cooldown:30 seconds No Cost
Give an ally hero a 500 point shield for 3 seconds.Cannot be cast on Symmetra.

LEVEL 16 TALENTS
Company Competitor(Passive):Basic attacks on heroes deal bonus damage equal to 1% of their max health.
Turret Barrage(Active):Cooldown:55 seconds No Cost
Summon 4 untalented photon turrets in a line that cannot be damaged.
Photon Recharge(Active):Cooldown:30 seconds No Cost
Activate to restore 120 mana to all nearby ally hroes.
LEVEL 20 TALENTS
Feedback(Heroic):THe photon barrier now returns back after finishing its path, appling its effects on the way back.Cooldown reduced by 30 seconds.
Photon Powerup(Heroic):Photon Discharge now will root its target for 0.5 seconds and follow up with a 35% slow for 2.35 seconds.If the target affected by Photon Discharge is killed within its duration the cooldown is reset.
Build the future(TRAIT):Hard light building will be aytomatically cast on the core when it is destroyed.Can only trigger twice per match. (This gives your team 180 seconds to win the game after failing, so I don't think it is op)
Photon Charger(Q):Ability cooldowns are lowered by 0.5 seconds.
Teleporter(Active):Cooldown:60 seconds No Cost
Activate to place up to 2 teleporters.Ally heroes may use the teleporters to go from the 1 to the other.Teleporters have 2500 health.Stores 2 charges.
