Purifier Prototype

Description:
Fenix was once the greatest warrior of the Conclave, so great that his memories was used in the first purifier prototype. In the beginning he was thinking that he was the true Fenix, until he realizes that he isn't the true Fenix, he is just a robot, a lie. But he proved to be more than a machine, and helped the Daelaan and the originals Purifiers to make peace and unite against the fallen xel'naga Amon. Now he call himself Talandar, khalani for "one who bears a strong heart".

Level 1 Stats:
Health ~ 2567 (+4% per lvl) / Health Regeneration 5.4 (+4% per lvl)
Damage ~ 97 (+4% per lvl) / Attack Speed ~ 1.3/sec

Overview:
I wanted to make Talandar the first Starcraft Tank, so i give him a good damage mitigation with his "e". His trait will allow him to dive deep, secure kills and respawn quickly in the battlefield, but only in the early game, when the death timers are low, and he also give full exp for the enemy team, so he CAN'T be played like a Murky. He also don't have much damage, but he have a good engage with his "q" and good CC with his "w".

Combat Trait

Reconstruction
Talandar will respawn at the location of his body. Also Talandar respawns 20% faster than other heroes.

Rework: The addition of a decreased Death Timer for Talandar make his resurrect mechanic a little better.

Primary Abilities

Thunderous Charge
Ability Key: Q
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Dashes forward, dealing 132 damage to the first enemy hero hit and stunnig it for 1.75 second.

Note: I wanted to give Talandar a hard engage so i give him this ability. This is a skillshot in a line that will stun the first target that hits, simple, and can also be used as a mobiliy tool, as long you don't hit a enemy.

Crippling Whirlwind
Ability Key: W
Mana Cost: 40
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Deals 75 damage per second to nearby enemies for 6 seconds and slows enemy movement speed by 10%, stacking up to 40%.The targets remains slowed for 3 seconds. Can move through units, and also use Thunderous Charge and Hardened Barrier.

Note: This is Talandar's main CC tool, and can be used as a chase, but also to help your team to escape an enemy engage.

Hardened Barrier
Ability Key: E
Mana Cost: 60
Cooldown: 13 seconds

Gains 25 Armor, reducing 25% of incoming damage, for 4 seconds

Passive - Have 10 Armor, reducing 10% of incoming damage

Note: Damage Mitigation, prety self explanatory, in total Talandar can have 35 Armor for 4 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Reconstruction Beam
Ability Key: R
Mana Cost: 75
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Cybros starts to repair Talandar, healing him by 5% of his max health per second. Last for 6 seconds.

Rework: Added the % value so the healing will be more consistent. Also you can couple this with HB to tank more damage.

Thunderous Strike
Ability Key: R
Mana Cost: 85
Cooldown: 100 seconds

Deals 193 damage and stuns all enemys aroud Talandar for 1 second.

Rework: The radius of this ability is quite small so is not that easy to hit enemies, you will need to engage first before using this ability.

Special Mount

Deploy
Ability Key: Z
Cooldown: 50 seconds

Deploy Talandar at a target location. The cooldown will reset after death, and can be used while dead.

Note: Deploy have global range but you need vision to use it.

-Fast Repair (Trait)
Quest: Collecting Regeneration Globes permanently incrases health regeneration by 1.5 per second.
Reward: Once you've gathered 30 Globes Talandar Death Timer will be reduced by 30%
-Phase Shell (Q)
Thunderous Charge gives 2 block stacks.
-Prolonged Arm (W)
Increase Crippling Whirlwind radius by 25%
