PURIFIER EXECUTOR


Talandar is a Purifier and Templar warrior. He was created by brainscans of the Templar hero Fenix, with all of his memories and a similar personality, and initially believed he was actually Fenix, though decided to forge his own identity as a being. "I have learned much from Fenix's memories, and through them, I have come to know myself. I am Fenix, but not. I am my own entity, and I take pride in this."

[PASSIVE] Talandar has a permanent Shield equal 100% Maximum HP which regenerates at 4% per second after not taking damage for 3 seconds.

Shield always regenerates 1% per second.

Talandar Abilities burns the Shield or HP over 2 seconds. Shield burn First.

When HP is Full, all Heal is applied into Shield, by 20%.



[ACTIVE] Talandar recharges 50% maximum Shield instantly.

[Q] Solar Cannon
Fires a penetrating Solar Shot from Left Arm that deals 90 damage to all enemy in its path. After shoot, this Left Arm burn and his next auto attack within 2 seconds will be "Special", dealing 80 extra damage.

Talandar spins 360º your arms to deal 110 damage to nearby enemies and slow them by 10% for 2 Seconds(Slow amount can stack). Can move while using.

Stores up to 3 charges.

Area of Effect: 2.5 Units

Cooldown: 12 Seconds
Cost: 60 Shield/HP

[E] Thunderous Charge
Charge forward, knocking aside enemies and dealing 80 damage to all enemies in the path. Also Enemy Heroes hit by charge's end will be knocked back taken 100 extra damage and will be Stunned for 1 second. Charge Distance size can be manipulated(Between 3 and 6 Units). While Talandar is charging he is Unstoppable.

Dash Range: 6 Units
Knock Aside/Back Range: 2 Units

[PASSIVE] Increase Maximum Shield Amount by 20%, Movement Speed by 10% and Heal to Shield to 100%.



[ACTIVE] Upon death, Talandar can reconstruct yourself and rapidly repair to full Health and Shield in 4 seconds in same location. While Talandar is reconstructing and repairs are underway, he is Unstoppable but he can be attacked by enemies. Restores 100% Health and 100% Shield, but the damage taken from enemies while Reconstructing will damage the Talandar' Shield and HP. Cannot be Healed over Channel.

[PASSIVE] Talandar deals 20% bonus Damage, his Basic Abilities recharge 25% faster and Shield Regenerates 50% faster:

Shield Regen Default up from 1% to 1.5%
Without take damage up from 4% to 6%
Total Regen can be 7.5% per Second.



[ACTIVE] Double the [PASSIVE] bonus for 10 Seconds:

Bonus Damage up from 20% to 40%
Basic Abilities Recharge up from 25% to 50%
Shield Regen up from 7.5% to 15%

Talandar can use HeartStone while moving. Take or deal damage will cancel the channel.

Talandar warp out after 1 second, and deploying 2 seconds later into a visible location. Talandar deal 100 damage in landing location.

TIER 1 LEVEL 1

1) [Q][Solar Cannon] - Increase solar shot Damage by 20%.

2) [W][Whirlwind] - Increase Area of Effect by 25%.

3) [E][Thunderous Charge] - Reduce cooldown by 2 seconds.

4) [D][Shield Overcharge] - Basic Attacks reduces Shield Overcharge's Cooldown by 1 second. Doubled against Heroes.

TIER 2 LEVEL 4

1) [Q][Solar Cannon] - Quest!: Hit Enemys Heroes with Solar Shot. Reward!: After hit 25 Heroes, deals 30% bonus damage. Reward!: After hit 50 heroes, marks enemy Heroes with Solarion Burn, thereby the next "special" basic attack will deal 200 bonus damage over 5 seconds.

2) [Q][Solar Cannon] - "Special" Basic Attack will Slow Enemy Hero by 50% for 2 seconds.

3) [E][Thunderous Charge] - Increase Charge Range by 20%.

4) [Z][Deploy] - Reduces cooldown by 15 seconds.

TIER 3 LEVEL 7

1) [W][Whirlwind] - Reduces Cooldown by 2 seconds per each enemy Hero hit.

2) [W][Whirlwind] - Increase Whirlwind damage by 15% per each enemy Hero hit.(can stack)

3) [D][Shield Overcharge] - While Shield has 50% or above his HP will regen 100% faster.

4) [D][Shield Overcharge] - Burn around, dealing damage to nearby enemies equal to 4% current shield amount.

TIER 4 LEVEL 10

1) [Q][Solar Cannon] - Blind enemy Heroes for 3 seconds.

2) [W][Whirlwind] - Increase the Slow to enemy Heroes by 15%.

3) [W][Whirlwind] - Regenerates 10% maximum Shield per each enemy Hero hit.

4) [B.][Recall] - Talandar gains Unstoppable while Channeling and taking damage don't break the channel.

TIER 6 LEVEL 16

1) [Q][Solar Cannon] - Solar Shot becomes Global, also increases the Cooldown, Shield/HP Cost and "Special" Basic Attack damage by 50%.

2) [W][Whirlwind] - Whirlwind gains 2 extra charges. Talandar is Unstoppable for 0.5 seconds.

3) [E][Thunderous Charge] - On push from charge's ends, if the enemy hits terrain, they are Stunned for 2 seconds and they take additional damage equal to 12% of their maximum Health.

4) [PASSIVE] - Upon taking fatal damage, Shield Overcharged regains 100% Shield. This effect has a 100 seconds cooldown.

TIER 7 LEVEL 20

1) [R][Reconstruction] - Talandar is Invulnerable while Reconstructing and the Channel time is reduced by 1 second. Heroes Kills and Assists will reduce Reconstruction's Cooldown by 20 Seconds.

2) [R][Arsenal Overcharge] - The [ACTIVE] now Triple the bonus. Also Reduces Arsenal Overcharge's Cooldown by 15 seconds.

3) [Z][Deploy] - Stun nearby Enemy Heroes by 3 seconds in landing location and Talandar Increases Maximum Shield by 30% while Deploy is in Cooldown. Now the Deploy can be used anywhere.

4) [D][Shield Overcharge] - [ACTIVE] Talandar recharges 100% maximum Shield instantly. [PASSIVE] Reduces the Cooldown by 20 seconds.
