He was created by brainscans of the Templar hero Fenix, with all of his memories and a similar personality, and initially believed he was actually Fenix. Talandar now stands strong as a Purifier and as a Templar warrior.
Talandar is a slow moving, but resilient warrior that commands the battlefield with his presence.
Combat Trait

Shield Capacitor
15 second cooldown
Upon taking fatal damage, Talandar gains a shield for 25% of his maximum HP, and gains 20 armor. This effect lasts for 5 seconds, and upon expiring, armor and shielf bonus are los. While Talandar is below 30% health, he can manually activate his trait to activate its effect, rather than waiting to take critical damage.

Q - Solar Cannon
8 second cooldown , 20 mana 2 Charges
Talandar unleashes a blast of energy in a whide area in front of him, dealing 125 damage to all enemies hit.

W - Thunderous Charge
12 second cooldown , 40 Mana
After a .5 delay, Talandar charges to the designated area, dealing 150 damage to all enemies in the area and stunning them for 1.25 seconds around Talandar upon impact. Enemies in the path are stunned for .75 seconds and take 50 damage.

E - Solarite Flare
10 Second Cooldown , 30 Mana
Fires an air-bursting flare that deals 100 damage to enemies in it's area, and stunning heroes for 0.75 seconds.

R1 - Solarite Dragoon
90 second cooldown, 50 mana
For 10 seconds, Talandar transfers his conciousness to an overcharged Dragoon host. While this effect is active, Talandar cannot use his W or E abilities, but His Q, Solar Cannon, has a 2 second cooldown.
The only ability Talandar can use during this effect is his Q, Solar Cannon, and it is placed on a 2 second cooldown

R2 - Arsenal Overcharge
100 second cooldown , 70 mana
Talandar overcharges his system for 5 seconds, slowing his movement speed by 20%. Once the 5 seconds are up, cause a large explosion around Talandar for 400 damage to every enemy hit.
The only ability Talandar can use during this effect is his E, Solarite Flare, and it is placed on a 1.25 second cooldown.

Variable Deployment
If fenix dies, upon revival he can warp in anywhere on the battlefield.
Fenix cannot mount, but moves 10% faster than normal movement speed.
