Talandar "Fenix"

Purifier commander

Talandar is a melee warrior who guarantees this sustain with his combat trait : Shield capacitor. He can engage or disengage, he protects his allies with Phase canon and deals a bit damage with Purifier whirlwind.
But his real menace is his Vortex, like Johanna's Condemn but enemy stay stick to Talandar and he can move with all enemy team around him. In same time he can activate Purifier Whirlwind if they are no nearby allies for deal damage.
If Talandar's team has enough crowl control, Reconstruction can guarantee more sustain again.
His mount make Talandar as a global hero but less quick, because he need to back Nexus before. However he hasn't cooldown.

In a team he can solo lane, he have a good pushing, good escape, can deal serious damage versus structure and teleport nearby the team for a teamfight. But his mana is his weakness because he has lower health as other warrior and depend on this shield to survive.

His talents turn around shield, with combo with his allies. For Talandar, to have a shield is equal to have new bonus.

Combat Trait

When Talandar uses an primary ability, gain a 320 point Shield for 4 seconds. Shield can stack but don't reset the duration.

Primary Abilities

[Q] Phase cannon
Cost : 60 mana
Cd : 10 seconds
Range : 5 units

Unleash a bolt dealing 90 damage and knock back. Deal 200% more damage versus structures.

[W] Purifier whirlwind
Cost : 40 mana
Cd : 8 seconds
Range : 2

Deals 120 damage per seconds to nearby enemies over 3 seconds and slow them by 30%.

[E] Thunderous charge
Cost : 70 mana
Cd : 12 seconds
Range : 4

Charges in the target location, knocking back enemies, dealing them 95 damage and stunning them for 1 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

[R1] Vortex
Cost : 80 mana
Cd : 120 seconds
Range : 4

Attracts all nearby heroes enemies in the range on Talandar after 0.75 second for 2 seconds. He can continue to move but with 10% less move speed for each attracted heroes, transporting enemies He can't use his Basic attack but can still use Primary abilities and contrarily Heroes enemies are silenced but can still use their Basic attack.

Cost : 100 mana
Cd : 60 seconds
Range 4

Create around Talandar a large shield absorbing 50% incoming damage for all ally heroes under Guardian shield. Stay 3 seconds.

Special Mount

Deploy
When he is in Nexus, can activate this ability for teleport near a targeted ally hero on the map after 2 seconds.

Stats

HP : 2250 / Regen : 4.5

Mana : 500 / Regen mana : 3

Range : 1.5 / Damage : 110 / Attack speed : 1.2

[Q] Phase disruptor :
Quest : Hit 10 enemy heroes with Phase cannon.
Reward :Reduces Phase cannon's cooldown by 4 seconds and mana cost by 40%.

[D] Hardened shield :
Using a Primary ability reduces also damage taken from the next Hero Basic Attack by 75%. Stores up to 2 charges.

[D] Power shield :
Quest :Stay with a shield
Reward :While Talandar stay 120 seconds with a shield, increase shield by 20%.
Reward :While Talandar stay 240 seconds with a shield, shield stay for 12 seconds.

Nano-bot reconstructor :
While Talandar has a shield from any source, recovers 2.5% maximum health per second.


Level 4


[Q] Shadow cannon :
Increase Phase cannon's range by 20% and the knock back by 25%.

Chrono boost :
While Talandar has a shield from any source, gain 25% move speed and 15% attack speed.

[W] Deadly whirlwind :
Purifier whirlwind deal 50% more damage versus heroes.


Level 7


[Z] Ready to fight ! :
When Talandar uses Deploy, he is teleported with a permanant 320 point shield.

[W] Warden :
Gain additionnal 32 point shield for each Purifier whirlwind's hit versus a enemy hero over 4 seconds.

[D] Barrier :
Shield capacitor can be activated to gain 320 point Shield over 4 seconds.

Overshield :
Increases all received point shield by 25%.


Level 13


[E] Quick charge :
Reduces Thunderous charge's cooldown by 1 seconds for each hitting enemies until reduction 8 seconds.

[E] Vengeful charge :
Increases Thunderous charge's range by 20% and cast speed by 40%.

[E] Gravity charge :
Thunderous charge slide now through enemies and are pushed in back.



Level 16


Shield focus :
While Talandar has shield from any source, his Primary ability cooldowns regenerate 25% faster.

[Q] Annihilator blast :
Phase cannon deals bonus damage to heroes equal to 7% of their maximum health.

[W] Imposing whirlwind :
Increase Purifier whirlwind's slows enemies heroes for 70%.

Executor :
Attack a hero that is stunned, slowed or rooted increases your Basic attack damage by 50% for 3 seconds.


Level 20


Vortex trap :
Increases Vortex's duration by 1 seconds and removes the move speed malus.

Cyberwatcher
At the end of Guardian shield, Talandar gain a shield equal to 50% of absorbing damage for 4 seconds.

Reconstruction :
Upon taking fatal damage, Talandar places himself in Stasis and recovers 50% health and mana over 2 seconds. 90 seconds cooldown.

Cybros' protector :
When Talandar gain point shield with Shield capacitor, all allies heroes around him gain 25% of this point shield for 4 seconds.

Bolt of the storm :
Activate to teleport to a nearby location.

Great concept, loved the self-shielding mechanic interacting really well with a plethora of talents. Would be a cool tank to fit into most compositions.

Cool concept, but that reconstruction ult looks a little strong for a 50 second cooldown.
