Basic attacks lower the CD of

Glaive Cannon lowers armor by 25% for 3 seconds.
Psionic Attack deals an additional 2% of target's max HP for each stack.
Psi Blast silences target for 0.5 seconds for each stack of Psionic Attack.
Level 20
Psionic Twin - Upgrades
Psionic Double to deal and receive 100% damage, and increase duration to 20 seconds.
Kalahi Link - Upgrades
Psi Link to allow it to be cast on 2 additional targets.
Ricocheting Glaive - Basic attacks bounce twice.
Psionic Attack stacks apply to bounces, and are no longer lost when switching targets.
