Tassadar

Rework

This rework tryes to make all tassadar abilities more interesting to play :

- Oracle -
Now permanently reveal stlethed units
Adun's wisdom now also increase oracle duration.

- distorsion beam -
Slow effect now increase with chaneling time to reward a long use
Level 13 nulification is now aplyed by distorsion beam, with longer effect.
Resonation effect have been adapted and now persists after chaneling end.
Prismatic link have been redesigned : can now hit more targets by chaneling.

- plasma shield -
Completly reworked : now deal damages around the target, healing it with those damage
Level 4 khala's embrace brings back life steal on basic attacks.
New level 4 talent increase the aera of effect.
Level 20 battery has a longer cooldown, but shields granted now benefits from all talents.

- psionic storm -
Can now be replaced while active in order to chase enemies
Psionic echo talent now increase duration and replacing speed
Phase disruption now affects all armor

- dimentional shift -
Now cost only 10 mana, to be allways able to escape.
Psionic projection now increase duration and move speed.
New talent burning shift allow to use dimentional shift agressively, dealing damages when enters and exit shift.

- archon - cooldown decreased by 10 seconds

- force wall -
Cooldown increased by one second to make force barrier less OP
Now vectorial targeted

Combat Trait

1
Oracle
Tassadar passively detect stealthed units in his vision radius.
Activate to greatly increase Tassadar's vision radius, allow him to see over obstacles. Lasts for 5 seconds. 30 seconds cooldown

Passive: Tassadar's Basic Attack is a Distortion Beam that slows enemy units by 10% channeling Distorsion beam on the same target increases its slow effect by 10% per second, up to 30%.

Primary Abilities

Plasma shield
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Grant a Shield that absorbs 455 (+4% per level) damage over 4 seconds. Shield bearer deals 30 damages per second to nearby ennemies, and heals for 50% of those damages. (100% on heroes).

Psionic storm
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 8 seconds

deal 82 (+4% per level) damage per second to enemies in target area for 3 seconds. Damage increases by 12% for each consecutive instance of damage, up to 60%.
Reactivate to slowly replace the aera while it is active.

Dimentional shift
Mana: 10
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Tassadar becomes invulnerable and Unrevealable for 2 seconds. While shifted, he has 25% increased Movement Speed.

Heroic Abilities

Archon
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 90 seconds

Tassadar transforms into an Archon and gains a Plasma Shield. His Basic Attacks deal 158 (+4% per level) damage, slow the target by 30% for 1 second and splash for 79 (+4% per level) damage to enemies within 2.5 range. Lasts for 10 seconds.

Passive: Archon refreshes the cooldown of Dimensional Shift.

Force wall
Mana: 25
Cooldown: 9 seconds

Vectorial target
Create a wall that blocks all units from moving through it for 2 seconds.

Passive: Distorsion beam now basicaly slow by 20%, up to 40%

Level 1

Psi-Infusion
Quest: Gain 1 Mana for every non-Structure enemy hit by Psionic Storm.
Reward: After hitting 500 enemies, increase the size of Psionic Storm by 20%.
Reward: After hitting 1000 enemies, increase the damage of Psionic Storm by 20%

Templar's Will
Quest: Attacking enemy Heroes restores 8 mana per second.
Reward: After spending 30 seconds attacking Heroes, Distortion Beam's damage is increased by 125%.
Reward: After spending 60 seconds attacking Heroes, Distortion Beam's range is increased by an additional 1.

Quest: Regeneration Globes grant an additional 100% Mana.
Reward: After collecting 15 Regeneration Globes, Plasma Shield's value is increased by 20%.
Reward: After collecting 30 Regeneration Globes, Plasma Shield's value is increased by 40%.

Level 4

Khala's Celerity
Plasma Shield also grants 20% Movement Speed for 4 seconds.

Khala's Embrace
Plasma Shield grants 40% life steal on basic attacks.

Khala's Light
Upon expiration or breaking, the target of Plasma Shield gains 20 Armor for 3 seconds, causing them to take 20% less damage.

Burning plasma
Increase plasma shield aera of effect by 50%

Level 7

Psionic Projection
Increases the cast range of Plasma Shield and Psionic Storm by 40%. Dimensional Shift's duration and Movement Speed bonuses are increased by 30%.

Resonation
Distortion Beam slows enemies affected by Psionic Storm by an additional 20%. This slow bonus persists one second after channeling ends.

Mental Acuity
Quest: Each Takedown earned lowers the cooldown of Oracle by 3 seconds, to a maximum of 15 seconds.
Reward: Upon getting 5 Takedowns, the sight range of Oracle is increased by 50%.

Level 13

Burning Shift
At the begining and the end of dimentional shift, tassadar deals 120 damages to nearby ennemies.

Adun's Wisdom
While Oracle is active, Basic Abilities cooldown 50% faster.
Increase oracle duration by one second.

Nullification
for the next 5 seconds, distorsion beam reduce the damage the target enemy Hero deals by 75%.
60 seconds cooldown.

Level 16

Phase Disruption
Enemy Heroes being hit by Psionic Storm have their Armor reduced by 20 for one second.

Psionic Echo
Increase psionic storm duration by one second, and increase its replace speed by 100%.

Focused Beam
While Oracle is active, Basic Attacks against Heroes deal an additional 1% of the target's maximum Health as damage.

Level 20

Twilight Archon
Basic Attacks while in Archon form increase its duration by 2 seconds.

Force Barrier
Force Wall's Range is increased by 100% and its cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds.

Prismatic Link
Every second chaneling distorsion beam allows it bounce to hit one additional target for 50% damage. Can bounce up 4 more targets.

Shield Battery
Activate to give all allied Heroes a (talented) Plasma Shield.
Cooldown 80 seconds

You have some really unique ideas! I would suggest not to make him reveal enemies on passive, as it pretty much kills all stealth heroes without any skill. 15 sec cd (with talent) is low enough to counter them.

Also i think plasma shield heal should be weaker (if any healing at all) from damage done to nonheroics as it can make heam heal too much for a support (not a healer).
Good chanches to talents overall!

Thank you for reply. Im not a balance pro so ill probably trust you. Cincerning plasma shield, i wanted it to be usefull on every hero, not only auto-attackers, but now, its usefull only on close combat heroes. I think ill bring back life steal, bug on every damages dealt, keeping aoe damages for level 4 talent (making shield more usefull on non-damages heroes).
