Terokk (Full Concept, Open to Balance Suggestions)

God of the Arakkoa

"Show me how tough you are, mortal!"

Terokk watched as the Arakkoa flocked to his new city. Skettis would thrive, he knew, but there was more to be had. The god-like Arakkoa turned his gaze to the Nexus, and began his plans to create entire worlds for his people.

Terokk is a specialist who has the ability to buff and disguise his allies, as well as send volleys of shadow magic speeding towards enemy heroes.

Not doing any specific numbers, because I have no idea how to balance this.

Combat Trait

1
Kaliri Flock
Summon three Kaliri. The Kaliri can be directed to scout jungles, moving in a circle around a small area and attacking/revealing heroes who pass by, or support other minions in a lane. They are weaker than normal minions.

Primary Abilities

1
Chosen One
Increase the health, attack damage, and mana of a nearby hero by 10% for 15 seconds. Terokk must channel this ability to keep it going. If the channel is broken prematurely, Terokk can recast this ability to trade health with the other hero.
2
Immunity Shield
Can only be cast on an ally that is below 33% health. The ally is shielded for double their remaining health, and upon the loss of the shield, the hero gains attack speed for three seconds.
3
Terokk's Disguise
Terokk and the two heroes nearest to him switch their appearances with each other for 15 seconds. Attacking and dealing damage doesn't remove the disguise, and Terokk's abilities affect both heroes.

Heroic Abilities

1
The Claws That Built Skettis
Send shadowed wings in a straight line.. The wings deal damage to any heroes or minions they pass, and leave behind walls of shadow magic for five seconds. Neither allies nor enemies may pass through the wall.
2
Veil
Holds three charges. Charges do not recharge until a Veil is destroyed.

Create a Veil at the target location. The Veil spawns Arakkoa that push the nearest lane. They are 150% as strong as normal minions, and have special attacks.

Terokk can teleport from Veil to Veil every 15 seconds.

When a Veil is destroyed, a 60 seconds cooldown begins before you can build a new one.

Skins

God of the Arakkoa (Default)- Though his kind had lost control of Draenor, and no longer controlled the skies, Terokk knew that the power held within the Nexus would allow him to fly again. The model encountered in Outland.

Master Terrok- Terokk had regained power as he slaughtered foes within the Nexus. Before long he was able to repair himself, and regain the beauty and splendor of a winged Arakkoa. Model encountered in Draenor, when you are doing quests as Terokk.

Coool! I love the bird people. Always wanted them as a playable race in WoW as soon as I saw them.

Primary abilities are very support-orientated, but are very unique. A specialist that does not split-push, I like it.

Thanks. I was debating about whether to classify him as support or specialist, and decided on the latter because he didn't do any healing. I was angling for a hero that can't really afford to enter direct combat because of low damage and ability to escape, but is still involved on the outskirts of a fight.
