In life, Teron Gorefiend (known then as Teron'gor) was one of Guldan's Acolytes. In death, he became the first of the necromantic terrors known as death knights — the result of an Orc Warlock's spirit being transferred in to a deceased Alliance Soldier's body.

Each stack of Immolation on an enemy Hero reduces their movement speed by 5% per stack.

Incinerate
Deals 25 + 12 per level damage to all targets caught in the line of Fire, every enemy hit is afflicted with Immolation which deals (10 + 12 damge per level) over 5 seconds, additionally, every time Immolation ticks on an enemy Hero, it reduces the cool down of Teron Gorefiend's other basic abilities by 0.5 seconds. This effect can not exceed reducing his basic abilities by over 50% of their maximum cool down.
2.5s Cooldown, 25 Mana cost.

Soul Shield
Absorbs (180 + 25 per level) damage. Soul Shield will persist for 4 seconds.
12 Second cool down, 50 Mana cost.

Shackles of Damnation
Targets a location, after a 1 second delay, all enemies in the targeted location are Snared for 2.5 seconds and take (30 + 35 per level) damage over the duration of the Snare. If this effect ends early or is removed, the Damage over Time effect is also removed.
20 second cool down, 75 Mana cost.

Shadow of Death
Marks an enemy hero for Death, causing them to take (30 + 45) damage over 10 seconds, if the enemy hero dies whilst marked, a Shadow Construct will rise from their corpse. The Shadow Construct's basic attacks deals 20 + 15 damage per level and lasts for 40 seconds.
The Shadow Construct can be moved & controlled by hovering over a target/location and pressing the button which your Heroic ability is bound to.
100 second cool down, 75 Mana cost.

Doom Blossom
Summons a Cloud of Death over a targeted location for 15 seconds that continuously fires Doom bolts at the 3 closest enemy targets beneath it every second (prioritizing enemy Heroes). Each Bolt deals (10 + 8 per level) damage and increases the damage enemy heroes take from all sources by 5%. This effect can stack up to 5 times.
Doom Blossom can be moved to a different location by pressing the button that your heroic ability is bound to over a targeted location, and moved faster based on its proximity to Teron Gorefiend.
75 second cool down, 75 Mana cost.
Playstyle
Basically I've tried to make him a fighter which wants to jump straight in to the fray of battle by getting Immolation on as many enemy Heroes as possible so that he can spam his Soul Shield and continue to soak damage and be a damage threat. His Incinerate would be a skill shot similar to Muradin's Stormbolt in terms of size, width.
Whilst I do think his numbers are quite high (in particular his Q), I felt it was necessary since none of the damage he will be dealing is upfront, instead it's sustained DoT damage. If he can be cc'd and taken out of a fight early, he will not contribute much, if he is ignored he will become a massive damage threat that is a PITA to kill. This means that he'd have very weak base Tankiness and most of his mitigation would come from his W.

Talent Tree
Level 1:
-Block: Periodically reduces the damage received from Hero basic attacks by 50%. Stores up to 2 charges.
-Regeneration Master: Increases health regeneration by 4 per second. Every 3 regeneration globes gathered increases this bonus by 4. -Fel Immolation: Immolation now reduces the cool down on basic abilities by 1 second per tick.
-No escape: Increases the range on Shackles of Damnation by 33% and reduces the delay to 0.75 seconds.
-Flamethrower: Increases the range & width of Incinerate by 50%
Level 4: -Reactive Shield: Soul Shield explodes when it is removed, dealing (50 + 25 per level damage) in a small radius around Teron Gorefiend -Immolation Aura: Whilst Soul Shield is active, nearby enemies are periodically affected by Immolation. -Soul Barrier: Casting Incinerate whilst Soul Shield is active increases its duration by 1 second and increases the Shield amount by 10% of the maximum amount. This effect can not exceed the maximum Shield amount and can not increase the duration more than 3 times. -Follow Through: After using an ability, your next Basic Attack within 6 seconds deals 40% increased damage.
Level 7: -Scorched Earth: Incinerate leaves a trail of fire in the path it traveled, enemies standing in this path of Fire take (19 + 3 per level) damage every second and are afflicted with 1 stack of Immolation for each second they stand in the trail. The trail of Fire lasts for 4 seconds. -Soul Leech: Immolation heals you for 20% of the damage it deals to enemy Heroes. -Deep Burn: Incinerate no longer deals initial damage, but Immolation now deals 50% increased damage over an 8 second duration. -Sadism: Reduces your damage taken by 3% for each enemy hero afflicted with Immolation
Level 10:

Level 13: -Burning Rage: Deal 10 damage per second to nearby enemies. -Unshackled Fury: Whilst standing in the area targeted by Shackles of Damnation, you take 20% reduced damage and deal 15% increased damage. This effect persists for 4 seconds after enemies have been Snared. -Burning Rush: Backdraft also increases your movement speed by 5% per stack of Immolation, up to a maximum of 15%
Level 16: -Slowing Shield: Enemies that attack you whilst Soul Shield is active have their Attack speed slowed by 65% for 2 seconds. -Death Siphon (active, 90s CD): Activate to steal 35% of a Hero's current health and heal you for half of the damage done. Crushing Shadows (active, 120s CD): Activate to mark an enemy Hero, causing your Damage over Time abilities to deal 40% increased damage for 5 seconds. The cool down of this ability is reduced by 50% if the enemy dies whilst Crushing Shadows is active.
-Death Warden: Increases the size of the area that Shackles of Damnation affects by 50%, additionally reduces the base cool down on Shackles of Damnation by 5 seconds.
Level 20: -The Wheel Spins Again... (active, 240s CD): Instantly Revive at your fountain and gain a brief 50% Movement speed bonus that decays over 5 seconds. -Hardened Shield (active, 60s CD): Activate to reduce damage taken by 75% for 4 seconds. -Death really isn't so bad: Shadow of Death can now be used on allied heroes, if they perish whilst Shadow of Death is on them, they are brought back from the Grave to continue fighting for 20 seconds. -Doom n' Bloom: Doom Blossom periodically spawns Death Blossoms, after 5 seconds they will Bloom, dealing Area damage to enemies in the area & slowing them by 40%. Death Blossoms last for 10 seconds, however they can be destroyed by being attacked directly.
