The Blood Princes

Council to the Vampire Queen

Once powerful high ranking members of High Elf Society, these undead Elves Serve their Blood Queen Lana'thel and by Proxy, the Lich King. Each specializing in their own brand of Dark Magic, they carry out his will with all the cruelty and malice of their masters. Now, they bring that cruelty to the Nexus and wage war against their enemies.

Combat Trait

Invocation of Blood
The three Blood Princes Travel as a group. One of the three will be effected by Invocation of Blood at any given time, allowing the player to control him. The other two will follow him, striking nearby enemies with Basic Attacks and prioritizing his targets first. While not effected by Invocation of Blood, the two autonomous Princes will be unforgettable and regenerate Health at 300% of their normal Health Regeneration. If an autonomous prince ends up outside of this abilities range, he will stop attacking and move towards the target of this ability. Each prince has one Basic Ability unique to them and two Basic Abilities allowing them to move the Invocation of Blood to a different prince. All the princes have a shared Mana pool.

Primary Abilities

Kinetic Bomb
Valanar summons a Kinetic Bomb with 400 (+4% per level) Health which slowly decends to the ground over 3 seconds. When it reaches the ground it deals 220 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies within a range of 4. Additionally, when it reaches the ground or is killed it deals 165 (+4% per level) damage in a range of 8. This ability is specific to Prince Valanar.

Switch the Invocation of Blood effect from its current target to Prince Valanar. Conjure Flame
Taldaram conjures a ball of flame and launches it in a line with a width of 4. The flame deals 295 (+4% per level) damage to any enemies struck by it. If the flame damages an enemy hero, it deals 50% less damage to consecutive heroes struck by it. This ability is specific to Prince Taldaram.

Shadow Resonance
Keleseth creates a Shadow Nucleus at target location with 1600 (+4% per level) Health. This orb will pulse energy dealing 35 (+4% per level) damage to enemies within 6 range every second. Every 4 seconds, Shadow Nuclei will lose 5% of their maximum Health. This ability is specific to Prince Keleseth.

Heroic Abilities

Covenant of Blood
She Blood Princes combine their powers and lift the shadowy veil that conceals them. The Invocation Swap abilities are replaced by the respective abilities specific to those two princes. Additionally, the Blood Princes gain a shared Health pool equal to the combined total of the maximum Health of all three Princes. When this effect expires, each prince is returned to their normal state with current Health equal to 33% of the remaining total or their maximum Health, whichever is lower. This effect lasts 10 seconds.

Agents of Lana'thel
This ability allows the two autonomous princes to be controlled separately from the prince effected by Invocation of Blood. Commands may be directed at the autonomous princes by directing targets and locations with this ability. The princes will no longer automatically move towards the Invocation of Blood target when outside of its range. Structures may now target Princes not effected by Invocation of Blood, and princes out of range of the Invocations effective range may not use Basic Attacks.

The Blood Princes in the Nexus

The blood Princes Serve a very specialized role in combat. Their abilities are long range, and they can deal decent damage with their Basic Attacks. Depending on talent choices, they can be used to Seige Forts or deal damage from a distance in team fights.

Their passive wont protect them from high damage champions that close for long however, and they have little escape. They need to be played carefully or they wont last long.

Talents

Level 1:

- Increased Firepower: Increases the Range and Width of Conjure Flame by 25%.

- Immanent Blast: Kinetic Bomb will reach the ground in 2 seconds, instead of 3.

- Conjurers Pursuit: Collecting Regeneration Globes permanently increases Mana Regeneration by .1 per second.

- Magical Sabotage: When one of your damaging abilities hits a structure, that structure loses 1 charge of ammo. Additionally, basic attacks deal 10% increased damage to structures.

Level 4:

- Thermal Consistency: Reduces the damage dealt from Conjure Flame by 75%, but it no longer loses damage when striking an enemy Hero.

- Shadow Drain: Every time a Dark Nucleus kills an enemy, the Blood Princes recover 5 Health.

- Shadow Leech: Every time a Dark Nucleus kills an enemy, the Blood Princes recover 5 Mana.

- Kinetic Reach: Increases the Cast Range of Kinetic Bomb by 50%.

Level 7:

- Engulfing Flames: Conjure Flames applies engulfing Flames to targets struck dealing 50% of its damage over 3 seconds.

- Nucleus of Blood: Dark Nucleus heals friendly minions for 50% of its normal damage.

- Empowered Bomb: Increases the Health of Kinetic bomb to 900 (+4% per level).

- Invocation of Power: After activating an Invocation Swap ability, the two princes not effected by Invocation of Blood gain a 40% increase to Attack Speed.

Level 10:

- Covenant of Blood: She Blood Princes combine their powers and lift the shadowy veil that conceals them. Level 13:

- Engulfing Shadows: Engulfs the Prince Currently effected by Invocation of Blood in shadows, putting them in Stasis preventing all movement, attacks and damage. During this time they may use Invocation Swap abilities.

-  Clinging Shadows: Shadow Nucleus slows the movement speed of enemies struck by 20%.

- Overwhelming Darkness: When a Shadow Nucleus is killed, it explodes dealing 160 (+4% per level) damage to enemies within its normal Range.

Level 16:

- Shadow Flame: Targets struck by a Shadow Nucleus are effected by Inner Darkness, increasing the damage they take from Conjure Flame by 50% for 4 seconds.

- Anti Armor Bomb: Direct hits with Kinetic Bomb make targets vulnerable for 3 seconds, increasing their damage taken by 25%.

- Wild Flame: Conjure Flame leaves a trail of fire under its effect which deals 120 (+4% per level) per second to enemies within it for 4 seconds.

- Swift Invocation: The shared cooldown on Invocation Swap is reduced by 25%.

Level 20:

- Covenant of Flesh: The blood princes fuse into one monstrous being during Covenant of Blood, and gain Unstoppable.

- Ultimate Agent of the Scourge: After Covenant of Blood is removed from a prince, they gain Agent of the Scourge, which allows them to continue making Basic Attacks for 6 seconds.

- Arcane Power: Activate to instantly restore 400 Mana and increase Ability Power by 15% for 5 seconds.

- Rewind: Activate to reset the cooldowns of your Basic Abilities.
