Hello! I like playing TLV from time to time, and I thought I would give my own spin on reworking them. The goal of the rework is to make TLV more friendly towards players trying them out and slightly buffing or changing their core functionality to play and feel better.
Combat Trait

Viking Hoard
Gathering a Regeneration Globe with a Viking permanently increases all Vikings' health regeneration by 0.5.

Olaf The Stout
[This displays as the trait while Olaf is selected]
5 Second cooldown
While out of combat for 4 seconds, Olaf begins regenerating his health at a rate of 75 (4%) per second. Activate to make Olaf's next basic attack gain 4.5 range charge towards his enemy, slowing them by 30% for 2.5 seconds.

Baleog The Fierce
[This displays as the trait while Baleog is selected]
Baelog's attacks deal 50% splash damage to targets behind his attack target.

Erik The Swift
[This displays as the trait while Erik is selected]
Erik gains 10% movement speed. After standing still in a bush for 3 seconds, Erik gains invisibility.

Viking Camp
80 Second cooldown
Channel at a captured non-boss Mercenary Camp with a Viking for 5 seconds to create a Viking Camp. Viking Camps last indefinitely, but have 720 (4%) health and can be destroyed. Channeling with a Viking for 10 seconds at a Viking Camp with mercenaries instantly defeats them.

Onwards To Adventure!
100 Second cooldown
Passive: Vikings hearth and channel objectives 50% faster.
Channel with a Viking for 2 seconds to summon a floating Longboat. Vikings can enter the Longboat to ride in it, and exit at will. While inside, the Longboat can be driven at 115% movement speed, increased by 15% for each additional Viking on board and can pass over unpathable terrain.
The Longboat has 1300 (4%) health and lasts indefinitely. If the Longboat is destroyed, all Vikings on board are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
Longboat loses its Unstoppable and Mortar ability, but can now be used as a method of transport for vikings.

Activate to have each Viking deal 101 (4%) damage to nearby enemies. For each nearby Viking, Spin To Win!'s radius and damage is increased by 50%.

Passive: The duration of Go Go Go! is increased by 1 second.
Whenever 2 Vikings pass eachother while Go Go Go! is active, the duration is refreshed. This has a 10 second cooldown.
Tier 6
Nordic Attack Squad
While Go Go Go! is active, Vikings gain 30% increased attack speed.
Small-time Pillagers
Vikings' basic-attacks light structures on fire, dealing 64 (4%) damage per second for 3 seconds.
Tier 7
Checkpoint Reached!
Channeling with a Viking for 10 seconds at a Viking Camp summons, fully heals and revives all Vikings at the camp.
Longboat Raid!
Longboat gains Unstoppable and can now attack at long range while piloted. If all 3 Vikings are on board, the Longboat also gains the ability Mortar.
