The Mercenary From Boston

The Boston boy who is ready to kick some *** and eat some chicken afterwards

I have no regrets making this

Combat Trait

Too Slow
Trait Passive Scout moves 10% faster while unmounted and can basic attack while moving.
Trait Active (Double Jump) When activated, Scout can leap in the air and can go past obstacles. Activating the key again allows the scout to change his direction once effectively doubling the time it takes to land.
Cooldown: 60 Seconds

Primary Abilities

Scattergun
Scout fires his primary weapon dealing 234 damage. This deals more damage based on how close the opponent is to scout, dealing up to 35% bonus damage.
Has 4 charges with a 7 second cooldown that refills one charge each time.
Costs 20 mana

Mad Milk
Scout throws a jar of Mad Milk at a targeted location, coating all enemies in the area with not milk. This causes 25% of damage dealt to return as health for 5 seconds. Doubled against enemy Heroes.
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Costs 60 mana

Bat
Scout swings his bat dealing 253 damage to all enemies in a small arc.
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Costs 30 mana

Pistol
Aims at a targeted enemy, dealing 324 damage over 5 seconds. If the target gets out of the range of the ability, it ends early.
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Costs 45 mana

Passive: Basic Damage is reduced by 50% but range is increased by 1.5 and attack speed is increased by 1 for the duration that pistol is the active Q ability.

Flying Guillotine
Scout throws a guillotine that deals 143 damage over 5 seconds to the first enemy hit.
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Costs 50 mana

Sandman
Scout hits a ball with his baseball bat which travels in a straight line. Upon hitting an enemy Hero they are stunned based on how far the ball travelled up to a max of 3 seconds.
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Costs 60 mana

Take 2 seconds to take a drink. Gain 30% increased movement speed and 50% more damage but suffer a 10 armor reduction for 10 seconds.

Talents

Level 1:



Grass Grows: Double Jumping over gaps and walls increases your Health regeneration by 300% for 5 seconds

Birds Fly: When using Double Jump when on a mount, increases your movement speed by 20% for 3 seconds when you land.

Sun Shines: Quest: Participating in takedowns increase your Base Damage by 5, up to 50. Five stacks are lost on each death.


Level 4:



Baby Face Blaster: Attacking an enemy hero with Scattergun increases your movement speed up to 45% based on how much damage you did. It slowly degrades over 3 seconds.

Force of Nature: Enemy heroes & you are knocked back on hit with scattergun Reduces scattergun charges to 2 but refills all charges.

Pretty Boys Pocket Pistol: Enemies hit with basic & spell damage with the Pistol heal 15% of the damage dealt. Doubled against enemy heroes.


Level 7:



Boston Baster: Enemy Heroes hit with the Bat take 243 damage over 5 seconds. Not hitting anyone will deal damage to you. Dummy!
Quest: Hit enemy heroes with bat swing 6 times without missing.
Reward: You no longer take damage on missing.

Fan o War: Enemy Heroes hit with Bat will be marked for death, having their armor decreased by 25 for 8 seconds but decreases Bat damage by 50%
Quest: Participate in 6 takedowns where the targets were affected by Fan o War.
Reward: The armor reduction on targets is permanent but only one person can be marked at a time prioritizing the one nearest to you

Home Run!: Enemies are slowed for up to 50% after coming out of Sandman stun for 2 seconds


Level 13:



Even Madder Milk: Enemy heroes covered in mad milk suffer a reduction in armor by 10 for the duration of the mad milk

Thirsty Guillotine: Enemy heroes hit will take additional initial damage by 4% of their maximum Health

Fire! Fire! Fire!: [Passive] Enemies burn around you dealing 53 damage every second, Fully using Double Jump doubles the damage you deal for 5 seconds


Level 16:



Batter up!: Enemy heroes hit with either Bat or Sandman will add one charge to Scattergun.

Eat it Fatty!: Health Globes Increase Movement Speed by 10% for 5 seconds
