Static energy
Enemys damaged by abilities recieve the static energy debuf for 5 seconds, if another ability of the thunder king damages who has the debuf he also roots the target for 1 second. Can´t heppen to the same target for 8 seconds. Also your abilities heal you for 15% of its damage.

q - Thunder fist
Cooldown: 7 seconds

Your next basic attack deals area damage (more than the cleave from kerrigan) this also triggers static energy

W - Static ball
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Mana: 50
Straight line skillshot (stitches hook´s range) that deals 30 (+ 8) damage, if you recast this ability it will pull all targets in a small area to its center (half of the range of johanna´s pull everything thing)

E - Thunder Palm
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Mana: 45
Deal damage 45(+ 12) in a cone area (same amount as stitches) and slow for 25% during 3 seconds
Heroic Abilities

Thunder wave
Cooldown: 70 seconds
Mana:100
Channel for 1,5 seconds, after that deal 300(+15) damage and stun for 1,5 seconds in a area (etc area knockback with the area upgrade talent) if the damage of this ability trigers static energy te root will heppen after the stun.

Pedestal of the thunder king
Cooldown: 50 seconds
Mana:70
Choose an area after 3 seconds a giant pedestal will fall stuning and knockbacking enemies under it (stuns for 1,5 seconds) after that all of thunderking´s abilities deal 75% extra damage and static energy stuns instead of rooting, the pedestal and the efect lasts for 4 seconds
Talents
Tier 1:
Regeneration master
W - Far glory: Static ball has 30% more range
Q - Thunder lord: For every enemy hit gain back 5 mana
Block
Tier 2:
Thunder shield (active): (cooldown 45 seconds) For 4 seconds gain a shield equivalent to 20% of your actual health
E: The weak shall figth: Increase slow duration to 5 seconds
Static energy - Static attacks: every basic attack heals you for 20% of its damage
Mercenary lord
Tier 3:
W: Static push: When you push your enemies also leave a vortex where you pushed then that slows enemies for 25% for 2 seconds, lasts 4 seconds
E: Static fuel: For every enemy hero hit with this ability that activates Static energy lower the cooldown of thunder palm by 2 seconds
Q: Eletric combo: For every enemy hit with this ability gain +10% damage for your next basic attack
