The Voraxx by Nortin

Passive:
The Voraxx's abilities summon Plants that have 550 (+4% per level) health, last for up to 20 seconds, and do not move or attack. They have specific interactions with each of the Voraxx's abilities (see abilities for specifics).

Plants spawn after the Voraxx casts the ability. For example, if Razorpetal is cast the plant it spawns will not also cast Razorpetal.

Cooldown: 4 seconds
Cost: 25 Mana

The Voraxx launches a razor-sharp leaf in a target direction, dealing 128 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies in its path and stopping at the first enemy hero or structure hit, and spawning a Plant next to the Voraxx's current position.

Additionally, all active Plants will fire a smaller projectile in the same direction, dealing 32 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies in its path and stopping at the first enemy hero or structure hit.

Cooldown: 13 seconds
Cost: 65 Mana

The Voraxx launches a cloud of pollen in a target direction, causing the first enemy hero hit to be Slowed by 50%, lose control of their character, and be forced to walk toward The Voraxx for 1.25 seconds. Also spawns a Plant next to the Voraxx's current position.

Additionally, all active Plants will launch smaller clouds of pollen in the same direction, increasing Hallucination's duration by 0.25 seconds if they hit the same target.

Cooldown: 18 seconds
Cost: 50 Mana

After a 1 second channel, the Voraxx teleports to a target Plant and destroys it, healing himself for 100% of the Plant's remaining health. Also summons a Plant at the Voraxx's original position.

Cooldown: 50 seconds
Cost: 75 Mana

The Voraxx causes a sharp and vicious overgrowth to sprout from all active Plants, leaving Razor Nettle in a medium-sized area around them for 4 seconds.

Enemy heroes in Razor Nettle suffer 18 (+4% per level) damage every 0.5 seconds and are Slowed by 50%. Enemy minions, mercenaries, and structures in Razor Nettle suffer 36 (+4% per level) damage every 0.5 seconds, are Rooted, and cannot attack.

Cost: 125 Mana

The Voraxx creates a Mimic of himself at a target location. The Mimic lasts for up to 20 seconds, cannot move or be directly controlled, does not attack, and has 50% of the Voraxx's maximum Health. The Mimic recasts Razorpetal in the same direction for 50% damage, still spawning a Plant, spawns a Plant whenever Hallucination is cast, and cannot be targeted by Cannibalize.

Mimic Pod's cooldown does not begin until the Mimic dies.
