Thoras Trollbane was the human warrior king of the kingdom of Stromgarde. He was a founding member of the Alliance of Lordaeron during the Second War. Years later he withdrew from the Alliance due to disagreements with his friend King Terenas. Thoras was ultimately murdered by his son, Galen, who sought the throne of Stromgarde for himself. The Knights of the Ebon Blade sought out Thoras Trollbane's crypt and raised him as a member of their new Four Horsemen. Believing that he failed as a father for being murdered by his son, and as a ruler for his kingdom falling to ruin, Thoras left Stromgarde and joined the Ebon Blade to preserve peace on Azeroth.
Thoras is a durable tank that can stay in the frontline guarding his allies while being an aggravation to the enemy taam.

Combat Trait

Bone Shield

Each time you use an ability you gain a shield for 5% of your max health and lasts for 6 seconds. This effect stacks 3 times.

Empower your next basic attack dealing 235 (+4%/level) damage, healing for the same amount and slowing the enemy by 40% for 1.25 seconds.

Dancing Rune Blade

Summon a dancing blade that parries all attacks during 2 seconds and also generate 2 charges of bone shield. It also imitates your basic attacks dealing 35% of the damage.

Death's Caress

Thoras reaches out with necrotic tendrils an enemy hero dealing 427 (+4%/level) over 5 seconds healing himself for the same amount and lowering the damage the target deals by 20%.

Heroic Abilities

Asphyxiate

Cooldown 70 Seconds

Thoras targets an enemy hero with necrotic energy, lifting and stunning the selected enemy hero for 0.75 seconds and silencing after for 2 seconds.

Bonestorm

Cooldown 90 Seconds

Instantly gain 3 charges of bone shield and a whirl of bone and gore batters nearby enemies every 0.50 for 100 (+4%/level) during 3 seconds healing each time it deals deamage for 1% of your maximum health.
Passive: Bone Shield now shields for 10% of your maximum health each charge.
