Whenever Tichondrius deals non-basic attack Spell Damage, he afflicts enemy heroes with a Carrion Plague for 8 seconds, dealing 1% of the afflicted target's health as damage per second, and detonates every 2 seconds, dealing double that amount to nearby non-heroic enemies.
Sleep Passive
If Carrion Swarm damages an enemy who is marked with Blood Mark, they are put to sleep for 1 second, or 3 seconds if hit wihin 2 seconds of Blood Mark expiring.

After a 0.5 second delay, Tichondrius unleashes a wave of bats, dealing 157 (plus 4% per level) damage, and increasing the duration of Carrion Plague on any enemies hit by 3 seconds, to a maximum of 9 seconds per single use.
Quest: Increase the duration of Carrion Plague by 30 with Carrion Swarm. Reward: Increases Carrion Plague's duration by 2 seconds, and reduces the cooldown of Carrion Swarm by 2 per enemy hit by Carrion Swarm.

Tichondrius marks an enemy for 5 seconds, reducing their Armor by 10 and causing Tichondrius and his allies to heal for 20% of their Damage dealt against this enemy.

(E) Vampiric Aura

Tichondrius infuses allies with Shadow Magic for 5 seconds, increasing their Health Regeneration by 100% and causing them to heal for 15% of their Basic Attack damage and 30% of their Spell Damage. Passive: Tichondrius heals for 30% of his Basic Attack damage and 60% of his Spell Damage.

Tichondrius calls on the void and flies into the air, becoming untargetable and dealing 502 (plus 4% per level) damage to enemies in a large area around him every 1.5 seconds for 7.5 seconds.

(R) Illusionary Night

After a 1 second delay, Tichondrius teleports into the center of a large area and traps enemies around him in an illusional nightmare for 3 seconds, maintained by channeling. Enemies cannot escape the illusional nightmare, and suffer 8% of their health as damage every second.
While channeling, Tichonrius has 50% increased Health and 25 Armor. If Tichondrius is stunned, silenced, or killed, Illusionary Night is canceled.
Tier 1 Talents
Blood Plague Quest: Carrion Plague now heals Tichondrius for its damage dealt, increasing by 1% whenever it deals damage, up to 50%. Reward: After increasing Carrion Plague's by 50%, allies within Vampiric Aura's radius are healed for Carrion Plague's damage.
Mark of the Vampire
Enemies marked with Blood Mark are also drained of 5% of their health, healing Tichondrius for the amount drained.
Vampiric Claws
Tichondrius heals for 75% of his Basic Attack damage when attacking slowed, rooted, or stunned heroes.
Tier 2 Talents
Shadowfrost
Carrion Plague also slows heroes by 20% for the duration, and detonate for 50% additional damage.
Seeker Swarm
Carrion Swarm also summons an additional swarm of bats whom fixate the first hero hit by Carrion Swarm, dealing 82 (plus 45 per level) damage upon contact.
Unholy Aura
Vampiric Aura also increase the Movement Speed of Tichondrius and allies within its radius by 10% while active.
Curse of Weakness
When Carrion Plague detonates, the detonating hero deals 10% less damage for 3 seconds.
Tier 3 Talents
Mark of Sargeras
Blood Mark also reduces the Spell Armor of the marked enemy by 50 against Tichondrius' spells, but Tichondrius does not receive bonus healing.
Vampiric Momentum
Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Blood Mark and Vampiric Aura by 0.75.
Slumber Fog
If Carrion Swarm damages 3 or more heroes, they are put to sleep for 1.5 seconds.
Shadowburst
Carrion Plague's detonation now damages heroes.
Tier 5 Talents (but with a sleepy focus)
Nightmare
After Blood Mark expires, the marked enemy is put to sleep for 2 seconds.
Vampiric Cattle
Enemies within Vampiric Aura's radius are put to sleep upon activation for 2 seconds.
Wake up, time to Die!
Tichondrius deal 600% additional damage against Sleeping enemies, and can attack sleeping enemies twice before removing the Sleep effect.
Tier 6 Talents
Cloak of Night
Invisible and Stealthed enemies within Vampiric Aura's radius are unrevealable. Does not affect Tichondrius.
Unholy Frenzy
Vampiric Aura increases the attack speed of Tichondrius and any allied hero within its radius whom are under 50% of their Maximum Health by 40%.
Carrion Mark
Blood Mark deals Carrion Plague's detonation damage every second while active.
Nemesis
Tichondrius bypasses the armor of enemies marked by Blood Mark.
Tier 7 Talents
Voidwalker Swarm
Enemies within the radius of Echoes of the Void are attacked by Voidwalkers for 3 seconds, refreshed by taking damage from Echoes of the Void. Voidwalkers deal 108 (plus 4% per level) damage.
Nightmarish Guise
Enemies within the radius of Illusionary Nightmare are put to sleep for 0.5 seconds every second.
Fel Plague
Carrion Plague deals 300% additional damage, and can effect all enemies.
Persistant Swarm
Carrion Swarm lasts 3 seconds, can pass through Structures and Terrain, and does not have a maximum travel length.
Finally someone got Dreadlord concept right. I would be happy see this in game.
