A noble living legend, Tirion is a holy fighter of immense power. Able to imbue his mighty Ashbringer with magic to heal wounds or decimate foes, Tirion wields abilities to both support his allies and hinder his enemies.

Blessed Seals
Choose which Seal is activated, each providing a different effect. At the Start of the game, Seal of Light will be the default Seal. 12 second CD.There is no CD when activated in your own Hall of Storms, allowing you to cycle freely at the start of games or upon Hearthing/returning to the Hall.
Seal of Light - Fills you with holy power, allowing each Basic Attack to return 3% of your Health. Seal of Justice - Fills you with the spirit of justice, causing each Basic Attack to Slow enemies by 5% for 2 seconds. This effect can stack 5 times. Seal of Truth - Fills you with the spirit of truth, causing Basic Attacks to deal 50% damage to enemies near your target. Seal of Command - Fills you with holy vigor, causing every 3rd Basic Attack to deal 200% damage.

Streams of Holy Light lash out from Tirion, dealing damage to all surrounding enemies and reducing their damage done by 10% for 2 seconds. 8 second CD

Tirion empowers himself and surrounding friendly allies, reducing damage taken by 15% for 4 seconds. 12 second CD

Crusader Strike
A massive blow from the Ashbringer, causing high damage to a single target and knocking targeted enemy Heroes back. 16 second CD

Guardian of Ancient Kings
Tirion calls upon the Holy Light, summoning blessed armor and imbuing his attacks with righteous fury. Tirion takes 25% less damage, is Unstoppable, and 25% of his damage dealt by him heals nearby allied Heroes for 10 seconds. 90 second CD

Holy Prism
A beam of concentrated Light hits a Hero, then refracts towards nearby opposing Heroes. If Tirion targets himself or allies, they will be healed for a large amount, while the refractions will hit enemy Heroes for damage equal to 50% of the amount healed. If he targets an enemy Hero, they will take massive damage, while the refractions heal Tirion and friendly Heroes for 50% of damage. 45 second CD
Talents
Level 1: Blessing of Wisdom (Passive): Basic Attacks restore 2% mana. Long Arm of the Law (Passive): Increases the range of Holy Wrath by 50% Protective Shield (Active): Shield an allied Hero for 15% of max health for 5 seconds. Demolitionist (Passive): Basic Attacks against structures destroy 1 ammo, and deal an additional 10% damage. Healing Ward (Active): Heals nearby allies for 1.95% of health every second for 10 seconds Level 4 Retribution Aura (Passive): Allies affected by Devotion Aura will also deal a small amount of damage to attackers when hit. Battle Momentum (Passive): Basic Attacks reduce Ability cooldowns by 0.5 seconds. Regeneration Master (Passive): Collecting Regen Globes permanently increases Health regen by 1.5% per second. Call of the Argent Crusade (Active): Kill enemy minions to gain stacks of Scourge Tokens. Use 15 stacks to righteously recruit target Mercenary, instantly defeating them. Doesn't work on Bosses. Max 50 stacks. Exorcism (Active): Purge enemy hero, dealing damage over 10 seconds. (Exact same as Envenom) Level 7: Aura Mastery (Passive): Heroes affected by Devotion Aura will have the duration of silences, stuns, slows, roots, and polymorphs reduced by 35%. Calldown: MULE (Active): Repairs structures Clairvoyance (Active): Reveal an area for 10 seconds. Enemies are revealed for 4 seconds. Eye for an Eye (Passive): Reflect 10% of damage taken from Basic Attacks back at the enemy Hero. Pursuit of Justice (Passive): Crusader Strike removes all slows and roots, and your movement speed increases by 25% for 2 seconds. Level 13: Consecration (Passive): Holy Wrath consecrates the ground beneath your feet for 3 seconds; enemies standing on consecrated ground become Vulnerable, taking 50% more damage. Empowered Seals (Passive): Your Seals are enhanced, granting more bonuses to your Basic Attacks. Seal of Light will also heal nearby allied Heroes for 1% Health. Seal of Justice will stun enemy Heroes for .5 seconds when they receive 5 stacks. Seal of Truth will reduce the attack and cast speed of the target by 25%. Seal of Command will deal an additional 100% damage over 6 seconds when its effect procs. Sanctified Wrath (Passive): Holy Wrath gains a second charge. The second charge does 20% more damage for each enemy the first charge hits, up to a maximum of 100% additional damage. Reckoning (Passive): Crusader Strike cooldown reduced by 6 seconds and damage increased by 50%, but will no longer knock the target back. Vindication (Passive): Crusader Strike hits and knocks back all enemies in an area in front of Tirion, but the damage is reduced by 50% and the cooldown increased by 4 seconds. Level 16: Crusader Aura (Passive): When Tirion is mounted, he and nearby allied Heroes will gain 15% movement speed. Sacred Shield (Passive): Using Abilities places a shield on Tirion for 3 seconds, increasing healing taken by 25%. Bolt of the Storm (Active): Activate to teleport to a nearby location. Grand Crusader (Passive): Allied Minions and Mercenaries nearby deal additional damage. Divine Intervention (Active): Tirion sacrifices himself, placing a shield on an allied Hero for 3 seconds upon death. While active, the Hero is Invulnerable. This ability cannot be activated above 15% Health. Level 20 Blessing of Kings (Passive): Reduces the cooldown of Guardian of Ancient Kings by 15 seconds. When the effect ends, Tirion retains some of the Guardian's power, increasing his damage done by 5% and reducing damage taken by 5%. This effect expires on death or when Guardian of Ancient Kings is used. Bathed in the Light (Passive): Holy Prism refracts to all nearby Heroes, regardless of which Hero is targeted. The refracted damage and healing is increased to 75%. Hardened Shield (Active): Activate to reduce damage taken by 75% for 4 seconds. Rewind (Active): Activate to reset the cooldowns of your Basic Abilities
The concept is not bad at all, however your Tirion's skillset doesn't suit Specialist (There's only one talent that would suit Specialist to be honest). The most suiting role for him would be support, however we do have one supportive paladin (check: Uther). Also, it looks like you gave talents totally randomly, giving for example Regeneration Master at level fourth. This one must be level 1 to allow stacking from the beginning. Also Bolt of the Storm on level 16. You should check talents of other heroes and see, on which one levels are these universal ones like Battle Monentum, Healing Ward etc. If you'll correct these things, this should be good :)
About specialists - they are good at pushing/providing high experience for the team/use some kind of different tactic.
