Supreme Commander of the Argent Crusade

This is a suggestion for a new Paladin hero. What I tried with this concept, is to stay true to the strengths of a paladin tank: Utility. Though I am no developer and this idea still needs a lot of work, I think it can become quite an interesting and powerful addition to Heroes of the Storm.

My main focus is to make the Hero self sufficient, while still providing strong utility based on what your composition needs, whether its an unkillable main tank, a strong initiator, or a strong damage dealer while still being able to fulfill the other roles when needed.

Any criticism and alternative ideas will be welcomed. Hope you enjoy.
Also, I do not know a lot of Paladin lore, thus I don't really know which one will be best suited for these abilities. Any help would be greatly apppreciated.

Combat Trait

Holy Seals
Buff yourself with a Seal, granting your basic attacks and Judgments additional benefits. Activating this abilty toggles between the seals. ([1] second cooldown)

[Seal of Vengeance]: Every basic attack deals [x+4%.level] damage over [10] seconds. Stacks up to [5] times. At [5] stacks each attack deals [x+4%.level] additional damage.

[Seal of Justice]: Every 3rd basic attack stun the target for [0.25s].

[Seal of Light]: Basic attacks heal you for [20%] of the damage done.

Primary Abilities

Exorcism
[Skillshot]
(Straight line, needs to hit an enemy to trigger, [9] second cooldown)

Causes [x+4%.level] holy damage to an enemy and all enemies around the target. Deals double damage against non heroic targets.

Judgement
[Skillshot]
(Straight line, hits only first target, [6] second cooldown)

Deals [low] damage and debuffs the target based on the present Seal.

[Seal of Light]: All basic attacks against the target gives [amount+4%.level] health back to the attackers for [4] seconds.

[Seal of Justice]: Stuns the target for [1.25] seconds.

[Seal of Vengeance]: Instantly apply [5] stacks of Vengeance to the target and deals [100%] more damage.

Holy Shield
[Normal]
(Can be used on allied heroes, [16] second cooldown)

Places a shield on the target containing [5] charges and lasting [9] seconds. Each charge absorbs [30%] of the next auto attack against the target, dealing the damage back to the attacker.

Heroic Abilities

Divine Intervention
[Normal] ([90] second cooldown)

Turn an Ally invulnerable for [5] seconds, granting you and your ally [25%] faster basic ability cooldowns. You turn into a spirit for the duration, granting you the use of all your basic abilities although your auto attacks deal no damage. After the effect ends, you die. The death does not grant the enemy team experience.

Consecration
[Area of Effect] ([40] second cooldown)
(Size of aoe is about half the size of earthquake)

Burns the ground around you dealing a large amount of damage to opponents around you and slowing them by [25%]. Lasts 5 seconds.

TALENTS

LEVEL 1


[Judgement of Wisdom][Passive]: Judgement causes your basic attacks to return [amount+4%.level] mana for [6] seconds in addition to its effect.

[Illumination][quest]: Gather regeneration globes to increase the healing done by Seal of Light by [x], up to [20]. When you have gathered [20] globes, reduce the mana cost of Judgement by [20%].

[Pursuit of Justice][Passive]: Increases your movement speed by [10%] at all times.

[The Art of War][Quest]: Increases the damage of Exorcism by [x] every time it hits an enemy hero, up to [15 times]. When completed, Exorcism deals double damage against heroic targets as well.


LEVEL 4


[Devotion Aura][Passive]: You gain [1] Holy Shield charge every [3] seconds.

[Retribution Aura] [Passive]: Basic attacks against you deal [x+4%.level] damage to the attacker.

[Consentration Aura][Passive]: Reduce the duration of silence effects against you by [50%].

LEVEL 7


[Seal of Command] [Passive]: Damage done in Seal of Truth is done to up to [3] enemy targets.

[Long Arm of the Law][Passive]: Using judgement increases you movement speed by [25%] for [3] seconds.

[Hand of Freedom][Active]: Makes the target unstoppable for 1 second.

LEVEL 13


[Blessing of Might] [Passive]: Holy Shield increases the basic attack damage of the target by [20%] for the duration.

[Blessing of Wisdom][Passive]: Holy Shield grants mana back over the duration.

[Blessing of Kings][Passive]: Holy Shield grants the target [20%] ability power for the duration.

[Hand of Sacrifice][Active]: Places a hand on an allied hero. [25%] of the damage the ally takes is redirected to you.

LEVEL 16


[Empowered Seals][Active]: Turn your 3 seals into active abilities (on 1,2 and 3). Using D before switching seals increase the effectiveness of your next seal by [20%]. [16] second cooldown on D.

[Sacred Shield][Passive]: Holy Shield also reduces ability damage taken by [20%]. Taking damage from an ability now removes a charge.

[Fanaticism][Passive]: Your Judgement now travels through all enemies, damaging them and applying yours seals to each enemy hero hit.

LEVEL 20


[Redemption][Passive]: After your spirit form ends when using Divine Intervention, come back to life.

[Holy Wrath][Passive]: Stuns all enemy Heroes caught in consecration for [1.25] seconds in addition to slowing them.

[Sanctuary][Passive]: Holy Shield can be used twice in rapid succession. Also increase stacks by [2]

[Avenging Wrath][Active]: Increases your Ability Power by [20%] at all times and [50%] for [5] seconds when activated.
