I won't bore you with details like starting health, and things you might find by pressing the C button while in-game, since those are stats I have no way of balancing out without actual playtesting of this hero concept. Even the damage I wrote on the abilities above is at best circumstantial.
Instead, I'll take you on a wild ride through the world of talents, and how they make Tirion into one badass, Fras Siabi smokin', Ashbringer's lovin' son of a lich.
LEVEL 1 TALENTS:

QUEST: Hit 30 heroes with Crusader Strike while they are affected by Judgement
When you hit 15 heroes, Crusader Strike increases the duration of Judgement on the target by one second.
REWARD: When you hit 30 heroes, Crusader Strike gets a second charge.

Using Crusader Strike on the same target within 7 seconds reduces the cooldown of your next Crusader Strike by one second.

(!) Blessed Soil
QUEST: Have 2 heroes be affected by Consecration at the same time.
REWARD: After achieving the objective 8 times on 8 separate instances of Consecration without dying, reduce the duration of Consecration to 4 seconds but triple its damage.
LEVEL 4:

Crusader Aura: Allies within 20 yards of you have 20% increased mounted speed. (How much is 20 yards? Don't ask me)

Light Make Haste!: Increase the duration of Divine Steed by one second.
(W)
Quick Getaway: Using Divine Steed breaks any stun, root etc. effects and reduces the cooldown of your next Divine Steed by 4 seconds.
LEVEL 7:

Crusader's Charge: Allows you to charge a short distance when using Crusader Strike.

Holy Fire: Consecration heals you for 35% of its damage dealt.
(D)
Lawbringer: Casting Crusader Strike on a target affected by Judgement also deals damage equal to 4% of their maximum health.

Hastened Infusion: Crusader Strike generates an addition Holy Power.

Take My Horse And Go!: Divine Steed can be cast on an ally.

Unquenchable Flame: After Consecration ends, any targets left in the area at the end are dealt 50% of Consecration's total damage over 6 seconds.
Retribution Aura: Deals 50% of damage taken back to the attacker. Deals only 20% against enemy heroes. Does not affect ranged attacks.
Hastened Execution: If your target dies during or within 2 seconds of Execution Sentence, its cooldown is reduced to 20 seconds.
Light's Vengeance: Damage bonus increased to 30%. All abilities deal critical damage but ability duration is reduced to 10 seconds.
The Gift: Increases your maximum Holy Power to 6.
