The big cheese, the head rat, the be-candled King of the Kobolds, Togwaggle is the ruler of all kobolds. Wearing a crown with a lantern in place of the typical kobold candle, he rules the Kobold Empire with a greedy fist. Management of the Kobold Empire requires a careful balance between a lack of social services and fiscal irresponsibility, and Togwaggle is a master of such things.
Togwaggle is a pesky Bruiser with great adaptability.

Normal: Cast for 0.5 seconds to gain 20% Movement Speed while moving towards enemies until the next Basic Attack, which will deal 90 bonus Spell Damage and Stun the target for 0.75 seconds.
Royal (30 Gold): Cast time is removed, Movement Speed bonus is increased to 30%, and bonus damage is increased to 120.
Interrupting during the cast puts Bonk on full cooldown.
Missing with the empowered Basic Attack removes the effect.
Cooldown starts once Bonk is triggered by attacking an enemy.

Rakanishu (W)
Mana: 40 Cooldown: 20
Normal: Awaken Rakanishu, dealing 90 damage to enemies in front of you.
For the next 5 seconds, Rakanishu attacks the nearest enemy every 0.5 seconds for 15 damage, prioritizing Heroes.
Royal (40 Gold): Cooldown is reduced to 10 seconds, Rakanishu persists for an additional 5 seconds, and his damage is increased to 30.
The cast is instant and uninterruptible, but the ability is always cast in the direction you are facing.
Rakanishu's damage scales in both modes.
Rakanishu's damage is affected by Spell Power.
Rakanishu's attack centre is Togwaggle himself.
Rakanishu attacks Structures when there are no other enemies in range.

Magic Candle (E)
Mana: 20 Cooldown: 12
Normal: Place a candle and light it for 12 seconds. Lit candles grant vision and heal you for 8 every 0.25 seconds when near, but enemy players can extinguish them by clicking, taking 120 damage. Click on an extinguished candle to spend 20 Mana and light it again. Candles can be lit a total of 3 times. Maximum of 3 Candles at a time.
Royal (20 Gold): The candle remains lit for an additional 6 seconds, deals 4 damage every 0.25 seconds to nearby enemies, and deals 180 damage when extinguished.
Lighting and extinguishing actions take 0.25 seconds.
Extinguished candles last indefinitely or until destroyed.
Using while the limit is reached destroys the oldest candle.
Candles that extinguish after being lit 3 times are destroyed.
Candles cannot be placed within the aura radius of each other.

Royal (100 Gold): The statue lands from the sky to Stun nearby enemies for 1 second, grants 10 Gold per second, and its Armor reduction is increased to 40.

Living Candle (R2)
Mana: 80 Cooldown: 40
Normal: Transform a Candle into an elemental that has 400 Health and attacks enemies you attack, dealing 60 damage and Slowing them by 20% for 2 seconds. Lasts 10 seconds. When the elemental dies or expires, it turns back into the candle.
Royal (100 Gold): The elemental lasts indefinitely, keeps the candle's aura, and its Slow is increased to 30%.
Using Living Candle on a Royal Candle will grant the elemental its area damage effect.
Slow from multiple elementals cannot stack.

Burning Wit
Rakanishu gains 1 Attack Range.
Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Rakanishu by 0.5 seconds.
Royal Tax
Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes grant twice as much Gold.
Chest of Gold Cooldown: 5 seconds
While at 100 Gold, activate to spend all Gold and create a chest with 400 Health that stores 100 Gold.
Click on the chest to take Gold until the limit is reached or until the chest is empty.
Cooldown starts once the chest is destroyed.

Bonk now Roots for 1.5 seconds instead of Stun.
Arsonist
Rakanishu's awakening deals an additional 25% damage over 2 seconds.
Rakanishu's attacks deal an additional 50% damage over 2 seconds, increased to 150% against Structures.
Heavy Treasury
While at or above 80 Gold, gain 20 Armor but lose 10% Movement Speed.

Hilt of Quel'Delar Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to restore 150 Health to an ally and grant them 30% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.

King Statue
Kobold Statue gains 20 Armor and grants 20 Armor to nearby allied Heroes.
Both bonuses are doubled in Royal mode.

Quel'Delar Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to swing the Sister Blade in a wide arc, hitting both enemies and allies.
Enemies take 150 damage and are Slowed by 30%. Allies heal for 150 and gain 30% Movement Speed. Lasts 3 seconds. Passive: Wield Quel'Delar, gaining 2 Attack Range and making your Basic Attacks cleave in an arc in front of you.
Cast Radius: 6
Arc: 150 degrees Requires both Hilt and Blade of Quel'Delar and combines them into one Ability.
