Level 1:
Fan of Bullets (Q): Hit 30 Heroes with AGR-28. Reward: Increase the number of shots to 7.
Penetrating Rounds (Q): Hit 30 Heroes with AGR-28. Reward: AGR-28 shots penetrate the first target, but deal 30% less damage.
Hard Shot (Q): Hit 30 Heroes with AGR-28. Reward: Increase the damage of AGR-28 by 50%.
Level 4:
Gathering Army (D): If a Mercenary Camp is bribed by Tosh, it respawns 50% faster.
Psionic Shield: Damaging enemy Heroes with basic attacks shields you for 2% of your max Health. Shields last for 2.5 seconds.
Spectre Speed (E): Gain 20% movement speed while Stealthed.
Level 7:
Sudden Attack (E): Gain 30% increased basic attack damage for 3 seconds after breaking Stealth.
Heroic Drain (W): Increases life drain of Consumption when cast on enemy Heroes by 30%.
Easy Shot (Q): Reduce the cost of AGR-28 to 2 Energy and cooldown to 2 seconds if cast from Stealth.
Level 10:
Mind Blast: Damage enemies in a wide cone-shaped area in front of you, stunning them for 1.25 seconds.
Tactical Strike: Drop a bomb that damages enemies in a large area. Deals extra damage to structures over 3 seconds. Long range.
Level 13:
Knife Throw (Active): Throw a knife that damages the target enemy and quickly bounces to up to 2 other nearby enemies. Cooldown: 10 seconds.
Resilience (Active): Activate to gain 30 Spell Armor for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 40 seconds.
Trained Mercs (D): Mercenaries bribed by Tosh have 20% increased movement speed and damage.
Level 16:
Energy Drain (W): Consumption now restores 15 Energy if cast on enemy Heroes.
Psionic Drain (W): Consumption no longer requires channeling.
Psionic Shield (Active): Activate to gain a Shield equal to 15% of your max Health for 3 seconds.
Persuasive (D): Mercenaries now cost 10 stacks to bribe.
Level 20:
Mind Blown (R1): Increases the damage of Mind Blast and the stun duration to 1.5 seconds.
Nuclear Strike (R2): Increases the area and damage of Tactical Strike.
Ghost Suit (E): Reduce the cooldown of Undercover to 6 seconds. Cooldown starts after you break Stealth.
