Tyrande

Priestess of Elune

Reworked Tyrande as a Varian type assassin/support. Tyrande can go three directions in this version, support that focuses on healing and stealth, aggressive support that helps allies deal more damage, and straight damage.

Combat Trait

1
Hunter's Mark
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Reveal a target enemy and lower their Armor by 25 for 4 seconds, increasing all damage taken by 25%. Cannot be used on structures.

Primary Abilities

Light of Elune
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Mana: 45

Heal yourself for 160. If cast on an ally, also heals them for 320 health.

Sentinel
Cooldown: 18 seconds
Mana: 65

Reveals an area it flies past, and deals 173 damage to the first enemy hit and reveals them hit for 5 seconds.

Lunar Flare
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Mana: 60

After a short delay, deal 205 damage and stun enemies in the target area for 0.75 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Starfall
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Mana: 75

Deal 91 damage per second and slow enemies by 20% in an area. Lasts 8 seconds.

Increases Tyrande's damage by 25%, but increases cooldown durations by 15%.

Shadowstalk
Stealth all allied heroes and heal them for 240 over 8 seconds. At the conclusion of Shadowstalk, they receive a burst of 95 healing.

Increases's tyrande's ability power by 15%, reduces cooldowns by 25%, reduces damage output by 30%.

Sentinel's Rally
Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Mana: 60

Creates an Aura for 10 seconds that reduces nearby allied cooldowns by 25% and raises attack damage by 30%. Allies heal for 20% of the damage they deal during this aura.

Hunters mark is now permanent, can be recast on different enemies. Damage boost increased to 35% and allies now heal for 5% of damage dealt to the target.

Talents

Level 1:

Celestial Attunement: Reduces the mana cost of light of elune by 15.
Seasoned Marksman: Guest. Every minion killed near you grants .2 extra attack damage, every takedown gives .5 extra attack damage. Reward. At 40 increased damage, activate to raise your attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds. 60 second cooldown.
Empower: When owl hits, reduce the cooldown of abilities by 2 seconds.

Level 4:

Pierce: Owl goes through all heroes along its path.
Moonlit hunt: Quest. Every hero hit by lunar flare reduces the cooldown of hunter's mark by .1 seconds. Reward. At 3 seconds reduction, gives hunter's mark an extra 5% damage boost.
Focused attack: Every 10 seconds, your next attack against a hero deals and extra 60% damage. Attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second.
Elune's protection: If the target of light of elune does not take damage within 5 seconds, gain a shield equal to half the amount healed. Tyrande gains a shield based on her own healing if not attacked as well.

Level 7:

Mule: Call Down a mule to repair structures.
Quickening Blessing: Raises the target of light of Elune's move speed by 25% for 3 seconds.
Lunar Blaze: Increases Lunar Flare's range by 40%.
Moon's guidance: Sentinel heals allied heroes it passes near, and increases damage to heroe(s) it hits by 5% for 10 seconds.

Level 10:

Starfall: AoE damage, raises Tyrande's own damage at the cost of longer cooldowns.
Shadowstalk: Stealths and heals allies. Gives Tyrande faster cooldowns and more powerful abilities at the cost of lower damage.
Sentinel's Rallly: Tyrande lower's ally's cooldowns and raises their damage, healing them from damage dealth. Tyrande's hunter's mark is improved.

Level 13:

Searing Arrows: When toggled on, each attack costs 10 mana, but deals 20% more damage.
Overflowing light: heals all nearby heroes for 10% of their max health, but all of tyrandes basic abilities have an extra cooldown of 5 seconds.
Grace of Elune: Every 10 seconds, if Tyrande is above 50% health, increase ability power by 50%.
Marked arrows: Tyrande's autoattack targets suffer a debuff for 1.2 seconds that has 1/4 the effects of her current hunter's mark.

Level 16:

Healing Flare: Allied heroes that attack enemies stunned by lunar flare are healed somewhat.
Ranger: Sentinel's width is increased by 100%, and damage dealt increases with travel distance up to 200%.
Shooting Star: Lunar flare deals 50% more damage, and refunds its mana cost if it hits a hero.
Elune's protection: If a target of light of elune is not damaged for 3 second afterwards, they gain stealth for 10 seconds.

Level 20:

Celestial Wrath: Starfall can be cast globally. Increase damage by 30%
Hunter's swiftness: When using shadowstalk, you and allied heroes gain 30% movement speed for 8 seconds.
Trueshot Aura: Tyrande gains 1/3 of the effect of Sentinel's rally as a permanent aura. This does not stack with the activated aura.
Nexus Frenzy: Attack speed and range increased by 20%.
Storm Shield: Activate to give all allied heroes a shield for a few seconds.
