Basic attack damage decreased by 5% to compensate for some of the buffs.

This Rework is something I wanted to try making after listening to NotParadox's video about supports in the current meta. The goal of this rework is to make Tyrande a more specialized hero, capable of giving teams with a focused damage type (physical or spell) a major advantage in team fights. I want her to maintain her current aggressive playstyle so a lot of her talents are going to be based around helping her and her team engage into team fights. You will notice that there are a lot of talents based around attacking enemies, providing movement speed and providing healing as a reward for using your abilities offensively. These changes will hopefully give her the ability to be played in dive comps, mage comps and comps which rely on high right click damage (Valla, Raynor).

Combat Trait

Hunter's Mark (D)
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Reveal a target enemy and lower their Armor by 25 for 4 seconds, increasing all damage taken by 25%. Cannot be used on Structures.

Primary Abilities

Light of Elune (Q)
Mana: 30
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Heal target ally for 270 Health. Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of this ability by 2 seconds.

Cooldown increased by 1 second to compensate for some of her buffs.

Sentinel [W]
Mana: 45
Cooldown: 14 seconds

Send an Owl that travels across the battleground revealing its path. Deals 130 damage to the first enemy Hero hit and reveals them for 5 seconds.
Added Functionality: Your next basic attack against an enemy that is revealed by Sentinel deals 50 bonus damage.
Width increased by 25%.

Baseline Quest removed because it felt out of place. Mana Cost and Cooldown lowered to compensate. Moved some of the damage on the ability to a basic attack following it to make it more based on providing vision and tracking players down.

Lunar Flare (E)
Mana: 60
Cooldown: 12 seconds

After 0.75 seconds, deal 195 damage and Stun enemies in the target area for 0.75 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Shadowstalk (R)
Mana: 60
Cooldown: 40 seconds

You and all allied heroes gain Stealth for 8 seconds, and gain 30% movement speed while you retain Stealth and for 3 seconds after breaking it.
Added Functionality: Reveal all enemy heroes for 5 seconds.
Added Functionality: Passive: Basic attacks against revealed enemies deal 25% more damage.

Starfall (R)
Mana: 75
Cooldown: 80 seconds

Deal 80 damage per second and slow enemies by 20% in an area. Lasts 6 seconds.
Range increased by 2.

It feels really weird for an ability where you are calling stars down from the Heavens to have such a small range.

[Passive] - Head Priestess - While mounted nearby allied heroes move 30% faster.

[Passive] - Huntress' Fury - After casting a basic ability Tyrande's next basic attack splashes to nearby enemies.
These splash hits do not trigger effects such as cooldown reduction.

[D] - Ranger's Mark - Hunter's Mark lasts 1 second longer and has 50% more range.

[Q] - PH Title - Light of Elune grants the target 15% attack speed for 4 seconds.

[Q] - PH Title - Light of Elune gives the target 10 mana and causes their cooldowns to recharge 25% faster for 4 seconds.

[Q] - PH Title - Light of Elune makes your next basic attack within 4 seconds strike twice.

[Q] - Quickening Blessing - Light of Elune gives its target 30% movement speed for 4 seconds.

Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Activate to make your next Light of Elune give its target unstoppable for 1 second. Basic attacks reduce this ability's cooldown by 2 seconds.

[E] - PH Title - Lunar Flare resets the cooldown of Light of Elune if it hits an enemy hero.

Level 13 Talents

[W] - Ranger - Sentinel's damage and damage bonus increase by up to 300% based on how far it travels.

[W] - Harsh Moonlight - Sentinel Slows the target by 30% and reduces their damage dealt by 50% for 4 seconds.

Buffed as it can no longer pierce to apply multiple damage reductions.

[W] - Empower - Sentinel now pierces, and its cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds whenever it hits an enemy hero.

Level 16 Talents

[Q] - Overflowing Light - Light of Elune increases all healing the target receives by 25% for 6 seconds.

[E] - PH Title - Lunar Flare casts Light of Elune on all nearby allied heroes when it impacts.

[E] - Shooting Star - Increase the range of Lunar Flare by 40%. Basic attacks reduce Lunar Flare's cooldown by 1.5 seconds.

Level 20 Talents

.
[R] - Eyes of the Huntress - Shadowstalk's stealth now lasts indefinitely, and casting Shadowstalk applies Hunter's Mark to all enemy heroes.

[R] - Celestial Wrath - Starfall has global range, and its radius is increased by 30%. Reduce its cooldown by 15 seconds whenever an enemy hero is hit by Lunar Flare.

[Passive] - Darnassian Archery - Increase Basic Attack range by 2. Basic attacks against enemy heroes grant a stacking 5% attack damage increase for 6 seconds. Attacking a non-hero removes this bonus.

[Q] - Moonlit Arrows - Increase Attack Speed by 25%. Basic Attacks lower Light of Elune's cooldown by an additional second.
