Tyrande rework

back to Tyrande 1.0

a hero that can choose whether to focus on solo healing or damage. just like tyrande 1.0, but with all the flavors of tyrande 2.0 and 3.0.
less defense more offense.
aa damage increased from 55 to 75.
aa range reduced from 6 to 5.5

this isn't supposed to be a direct buff, but more like my ideas of how tyrande should be. i can fully understand people who prefers her as she is now.

Combat Trait

Hunter's Mark
additional functionality:
aa against the marked target increase armor reduction by 2 up to 25. when it reduces 25 armor its fully charged.

Primary Abilities

Light of Elune
cd increased from 16 to 18 seconds.
added functionality:
heals yourself only for 50%.
if both charges' targets are not tyrande, she is healed for 135.
mana cost increased from 15 to 20.

Sentinel
reduce damage from 120 to 100
added functionality:
pierces all targets.
damage is increased by 100% (total 200 damage) beyond 5 range.

Lunar Flare
increased damage from 150 to 190
cd reduced from 13 to 12.

Heroic Abilities

Shadowstalk
changed functionality- hot reduced to 240. now heals for additional 140 burst when the duration ends.
reduce cd form 90 to 80 sec.

tier 1
[Q] if the 2nd charges heals a different target, increase healing by 50%, reduce cd by 4 seconds and refund its mana cost.
[W/Q] hitting heroes beyond 5 range, reduce cd of both SENTINEL by 2 per target hit beyond 5 rangeand increase cd reduction of LIGHT OF ELUNE to 2.5.
[D] aa vs enemy heroes reduce HUNTER'S MARK cd by 1 sec. hitting a marked hero permanently increases your aa damage by 0.2, hero kills worth 0.5 up to 30 damage. reward- increase aa speed by 30% for 4 seconds after activating HUNTER'S MARK.
[E/D] hitting an enemy hero reduces LUNAR FLARE cd by 4 seconds, and refund 30 mana. hitting a target marked with HUNTER'S MARK, also reduces any healing it receives by 50% for 3 seconds and fully charge HUNTER'S MARK.

tier 2
[searing arrow] every 4th aa against enemy heroes deal 50% more damage, aa vs targets with fully charged HUNTER'S MARK alway deal 50% more damage.
[D] when you aa heroic targets marked with HUNTER'S MARK. heal all nearby allies for 50% damage done, casting HUNTER'S MARK increase your range by 1 for 4 seconds.
[W] Sentinel's width is increased by 25%, deal up to additional 150% damage beyond 12 range (total 350 damage).
[Q] grants targets 10 spell armor for 3 seconds. if the 2nd charges heals a different target, increase to 25 spell armor.

tier 3

[D]- aa vs enemy heroes increases aa damage for you and nearby allies by 2% up to 20 for 3 seconds. active to immediately gain all stacks and reset HUNTER'S MARK cd. 30 sec cd.
[D] aa vs marked heroes reduce basic abilities cd by 1.25 sec. increase HUNTER'S MARK duration by 1 sec.
[E] increases range by 30%. hitting a hero permanently increases the damage by 3% up to 60%.

tier 5
[Q] gain a 3rd charge but increase cd by 4 sec.
[Q] grant target 20% speed for 3 seconds. if the 2nd charges heals a different target remove all cc from it.
[W] targets hit have their speed and damage reduced by 30% for 3 seconds.

tier 6
[W] hitting an enemy hero beyond 5 range reduce heroics cd by 2.
[D] aa vs marked target splash to nearby additional targets, and heals you for 1% of your max hp per enemy hero hit.
[Q] gain 5% damage buff for 3 seconds after healing a hero, if the 2nd charges heals a different target, grant 20% damage buff.
[E/Q] hitting enemy hero with Lunar Flare reduce the cd of light of elune by additional 1.5 sec. hitting 2 or more heroes instantly cast untalented light of elune on the closest most injured ally.

tier 7

[R1]- no longer increase healing by 50%. now also increases allies movement speed by 30% and your aa vs enemy heroes reduce cd by 1 seconds.
[R2]- same
[W]- active to recharge W. 45 sec cd. aa against enemy heroes reduce cd by 1 sec.
[active]- active to grant nearby allies shield equal to 8% of max hp for 5 seconds. aa vs enemy heroes increase shield amount by 2%.
iceblade arrows- same.
