A curious child who uses her light and childlike whimsicality to support her allies, and can swap between the spirit and corporeal realms when needed.

Combat Trait

D - Wandering the Darkness (Spirit)
You passively wander the spirit realm, able to move through terrain and gaining 150% increased health and mana regeneration, but unable to deal or take damage and your healing done is reduced by 75%.

Your trait can be activated to phase you into the physical realm and put your trait on a 9 second cooldown.

D - Wandering the Darkness (Physical)
While in the physical realm, your heals have their full effectiveness and you are able to deal and take damage. Dying in the physical realm forcefully pulls you back to the spirit realm and silences you for 1.5 seconds for each level your team has, and your trait is put on a cooldown equal to an average hero's death timer.

While in the physical realm, your trait can be activated to pull you back into the spirit realm, silence you for 5 seconds, and put your trait on a 20 second cooldown.

Primary Abilities

Q - Star Blast!
Flick your wand and shoot a star in a line in target direction, dealing high damage to the first enemy hero hit or healing the first allied hero hit by a large amount. This ability can be reactivated mid-flight once per projectile in order to reset its range, change its direction, and increase its travel speed by 75%.

Healing or damaging a hero with Star Blast! leaves stardust on them for up to 10 seconds.
While an allied hero has stardust on them, you can basic attack them in order to consume the stardust and heal them by a large amount and grant them 25 Armor for 3 seconds. You can consume allies' stardust while in the spirit realm.
Basic attacking an enemy hero with stardust causes them to take bonus medium damage over 3 seconds and slow them by 35% for that duration.

7 sec cooldown. Low mana cost. Around the same range and speed as Jaina's Frostbolt.

W - It's the Rules
Place a crown in target area. Allied heroes can step on the crown, placing it on their head, increasing their damage done by 20% and causing them to heal for 20% of their damage dealt for 8 seconds. Enemy heroes can step on the crown to destroy it. Only one crown can be active on the ground at a time.

17 sec cooldown. Medium mana cost. Around the same range as Deckard Cain's Healing Potion.

E - Nuu-Nuu! Help!
Place down Nuu in target area. Nuu constantly silences enemies around him and grants allies 25 Armor. Nuu lasts 6 seconds and can be destroyed with three heroic basic attacks.

14 sec cooldown. Medium mana cost. Around the same range as Rehgar's Earthbind Totem.

Activate to heal all nearby heroes for a medium amount. Hitting an enemy hero with Star Blast! resets the cooldown of this.

10 sec cooldown. Self-cast.

After a 1 second delay, fill the map with your light, healing all allied heroes for a large amount and gaining true vision of the entire map for 5 seconds. This healing cannot be reduced or nullified by any means.

100 sec cooldown. High mana cost. Self-cast.

R2 - Help, Friend!
After a 2 second channel, call for an allied hero, instantly teleporting them to your location and healing them and you for a large amount. This healing cannot be reduced or nullified by any means.

75 sec cooldown. High mana cost. Global range.

You passively move 20% faster in the spirit realm.

Talents

Tier 1:
Q - Sparkles!: Quest!: Consume stardust charges. Reward!: After consuming 30 stardust charges, reduce Star Blast!'s cooldown by 2 seconds and its mana cost is refunded upon hitting a hero.
W - Time Flies: It's the Rules now increases the target's attack speed by 20% and its cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds for each basic attack a crowned ally does, up to 10 seconds per crown.
E - Papa Nuu-Nuu!: Nuu's radius is increased by 100% and it now takes an additional 2 heroic basic attacks to destroy Nuu.
Z - Seasoned Wanderer: You now move 40% faster in the spirit realm and 10% faster in the physical realm.

Tier 2:
D - By Your Side: You gain 60 Armor while near an allied hero.
Q - Quickly Now!: Healing an ally with Star Blast! increases their movement speed by 30% for 8 seconds.
W - Playing Rough: It's the Rules causes the hero's next basic attack to stun its target for 2 seconds.
D - Missing: You gain invisibility while in the spirit realm and for 3 seconds after.

Tier 3:
D - Sheltering Light: Allied heroes near you gain 30% increased healing received from all sources.
Q - Cleansing Light: Consuming stardust on an allied hero grants them Unstoppable for 1.25 seconds.
Q - Everlasting Light: Stardust's consumption healing is increased by 50% and cannot be reduced or nullified by any means.

Tier 4:
R1 - Super Strong Light!!
R2 - Help, Friend!

Tier 5:
Q - Lightning Bolt!: Hitting a target with Star Blast! while the target is affected by stardust consumes the stardust and increases Star Blast!'s healing or damage by 200%.
E - Exarch Nuu-Nuu!: Nuu can no longer be destroyed.
E - Butterfly Nuu-Nuu!: Nuu-Nuu! Help! now also emits a cloud of stardust at its location when it is casted and when it is destroyed.
D - Warmth of a Friend: Your cooldowns refresh 150% faster while near an allied hero.

Tier 6:
Q - Echoing Stars: Casting Star Blast! allows you to cast a second one within 3 seconds of the first cast.
Q - Stardust Crusader: Hitting a hero with Star Blast! reduces your cooldowns by 2 seconds. Consuming stardust reduces your cooldowns by 2 seconds.
W - It's Your Turn!: When a crowned ally's crown expires, it is given to a nearby allied hero. The crown can only be passed once per crown.
E - Archmage Nuu-Nuu!: Nuu-Nuu! Help! gains an extra charge and its range is increased by 100%.

Tier 7:
R1 - Super Duper Strongest Light!!!: Super Strong Light!! now grants 50 Armor for 5 seconds and its cooldown is reduced by 25 seconds.
R2 - /hug: Help, Friend! now grants Protected to you and the allied hero for 5 seconds.
W - King and Queen: It's The Rules gains an extra charge and its cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds. Up to two crowns can be active on the ground at a time.
1 - Child of Light: Activate to heal all nearby heroes for a medium amount. Hitting an enemy hero with Star Blast! resets the cooldown of this. 10 sec cooldown.
