A unique hero who cannot auto attack, but instead will call down endless waves of his loyal sujects from the mighty Bucephalus, best played defensively Valiarian can support and sustain his lane, but with limited range he will need protection when pushing. At level 10 Valarian gains his first heroic ability and must choose the 1 that will add value to the team at the time. At level 20 Valarian gain his final heroic ability.

Primary Abilities

Deploy Conscripts
Call on the Bucephalus to send a drop ship of 2 ranged conscripts that stay with Valrian and fire plasma guns on his orders. Any damage sustained is first dealt to the conscripts

Deploy psi emitter
Call on the Bucephalus to launch a psi emitter to the target location. After 1 sec of deployment the psi emitter pulses every sec draining mana from enemy hero and restoring allies mana for 5 secs

Deploy healing station
Call on the Bucephalus to launch a healing station at target location. After 1 sec deployment the healing station pulses every sec and heals friendly heroes in range for 10 secs

Conscript Armaments
If conscripts are already in place, Valarian can reactive this ability to change their weaponry to a flame thrower dealing area damage at reduced range and improved speed/ Rifles dealing moderate damage at moderate range and speed/ Plasma guns dealing high damage at long range and reduced speed. (CD of already active conscripts set to 2 secs)

Turret guards
Conscripts can only be deployed at ally Turrets and will stand inside the wall and have the same target range as the turrets. Multiple conscripts can be active but only 1 set per area

Defence Matrix
Call on the Bucephalus to deploy defense Matrix to Vararian

Psi Emitter link
Psi Emitters will be permanent structures and will link up with each other draining enemies and transferring mana to all within range

Psi Drain
Valarian can channel onto a Psi emitter to fill it with his own mana distributing it to ally heroes in range of it

Emergency shielding
Defense Matrix can now be used on ally heroes

Infinite Healing
The healing station becomes a permanent structure until destroyed. Only 1 healing station can be active at any time

Emitter Station
Psi emmiters and healing stations transform into 1 structure when deployed next to each other gaining the combined HP and abilities. Only 1 emitter station can be active at any time. Deploying a new Healing station will transform the old emitter station back to a Psi Emitter.

Damage Aura
Psi emitters gain a damage increase aura to ally heroes

Dampen Aura
Healing stations gain a damage reduction aura for ally heroes

Freezing emisions
Psi emitter gain a slowing aura

Call down 2 SVC's instead of 1

SCV can now repair destroyed turrets at 50% HP and attack speed

Medics!
Deploy conscripts will now deploy 1 conscript and 1 medic. The medic will heal nearby heroes for x each second when in range on Valrian. The medic will always stay with Valarian

Protected defences
Healing stations now apply a stacking shield to ally heroes that are at max HP for 5 secs after being affected by a pulse
Heroic Abilities

Deploy royal siege
Call on the Bucephalus to launch a royal siege tank at target location. After 1 sec deployment the siege tank will lock onto structures within range and commence bombardment for 10 secs

Deploy Auto Turret
Call on the Bucephalus to deploy an auto turret for x secs that locks onto nearby heroes within range for x damage per second
Heroic abilities
Valarian does not benefit from the heroic talents and therefore has to choose 1 at level 10 and the other will become automatically available at lvl 20.
