For a time, the gladiator Valeera Sanguinar served dutifully as one of Varian Wrynn's personal bodyguards. Now, her shadowy skills find her a natural fit within the secretive rogue order, the Uncrowned, in their fight against the Legion.
Most of her kit remains unchanged. Changes are highlighted in red. I think this will help underused talents see more use and offset the current auto Garrote build focused play.
Her level 1 talent Silvermoon Armor will give her a totally different play style and allow her to be more aggressive with more survivability, turning her into an AOE melee damage dealer. This comes at a huge cost however as she will lose the ability to stealth and as a result all abilities that rely on Vanish. This may seem really bad, but the CD reduction on Blade Flurry and Sinister Strike now piercing will make for interesting gameplay should this talent by chosen by the player. (Note: Selecting Silvermoon Armor would automatically 'greyout' talents that affect stealth based abilities).
I also changed Ambush's armor reduction to affect Valeera only as I feel it fits her lore better. (She is an assassin, not an enabler for allied damage).
Cheap Shot has been buffed and nerfed, no longer blinding on default but offering a powerful slow.
Slice and Dice is easier to proc, but is activated by using Cheap Shot, making it a more conscious decision.

Vanish [D]
Vanishes from sight, becoming Stealthed, gaining 20% Movement Speed and access to new Abilities. For the first second, Valeera is Unrevealable and can pass through other units. Remaining stationary for at least 1.5 seconds while Stealthed grants Invisible.
After being Stealthed for 3 seconds, Ambush, Cheap Shot, and Garrote have 100% increased range, and cause Valeera to teleport to the target when used.

Dash forward, hitting all enemies in a line for 110 (+4% per level) damage. If Sinister Strike hits a Hero, Valeera stops dashing immediately and the cooldown is reduced to 1 second.

Deal 130 (+4% per level) damage in an area around Valeera.

Ambush [Q]
Ambush an enemy, instantly dealing 130 (+4% per level) damage to the target and cause Valeera's attacks to deal 10% additional damage for 5 seconds.
Deal 31 (+4% per level) damage to an enemy, Stun them for .75 seconds, and Slow them by 50% decaying over 1.75 seconds once Cheap Shot's Stun expires.
Awards 1 Combo Point.
Unstealth: Blade Flurry
Deal damage in an area around Valeera.

Garrote [E]
Deal 20 (+4% per level) damage instantly, an additional 140 (+4% per level) damage over 7 seconds, and silencing them for 2.5 seconds.
Awards 1 Combo Point.
Unstealth: Eviscerate
High damage finishing move.
Heroic Abilities

Smoke Bomb [R]
Create a cloud of smoke. While in the smoke, Valeera is Unrevealable, can pass through other units, and gains 25 Armor, reducing damage taken by 25%. Valeera can continue to attack and use abilities without being revealed. Smoke Bomb will also block enemy heroes line of sight for its duration. Lasts 5 seconds.
Using this Ability does not break Vanish.
Cooldown: 80 Seconds (increased from 60 to offset buff)

Cloak of Shadows [R]
Valeera is enveloped in a Cloak of Shadows, which immediately removes all damage over time effects from her. For 1.5 seconds, she becomes Unstoppable and gains 75 Spell Armor, reducing Ability Damage taken by 75%.
Using this Ability does not break Vanish.
Talents
Tier 1:
Vigor: Valeera regenerates an additional 2.5 Energy per second. Reward: After Gathering 20 Regen Globes, increase Valeera's maximum Energy to 120.
Subtlety: After teleporting with Ambush, Cheap Shot, or Garrote, regenerate 8 Energy per second for 5 seconds.
NEW TALENT: Silvermoon Armor: Lose your ability to use Vanish, but you permanently gain 30 armor. Sinister Strike will now go through enemy heroes and Blade Flurry's cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds. Sinister Strike's cooldown will no longer be reduced by hitting enemy heroes.
Crippling Poison: Cooldown: 15 seconds
Activate to make Valeera's next damaging Ability and subsequent Abilities within 4 seconds Slow targets by 20% for 4 seconds.
Activating Crippling Poison does not break Stealth.
Tier 2:
Relentless Strikes: Reduces the Energy cost of Sinister Strike by 15.
Hemorrhage: Valeera's Basic Attacks deal 30% additional damage to enemies affected by Garrote.
Initiative: Ambush, Cheap Shot, and Garrote award 2 Combo Points.
Wound Poison: Cooldown: 15 seconds
Activate to make Valeera's next damaging Ability and subsequent Abilities within 4 seconds reduce enemy healing received by 50% for 4 seconds.
Activating Wound Poison does not break Stealth.
Tier 3:
Mutilate: Sinister Strike now hits with both blades, dealing 125% additional damage, but its range is reduced by 1.
Fatal Finesse: Quest: Each time Blade Flurry damages an enemy Hero, its damage increases by 4, up to 80. Reward: After damaging 20 Heroes with Blade Flurry, permanently reduce its Energy cost by 20.
Slice and Dice: Using Cheap Shot on an enemy hero grants 150% Attack Speed. Lasts 3 seconds or 3 Basic Attacks.
Passive: Basic Attacks restore 2 Energy.
Tier 4:
Smoke Bomb
Cloak of Shadows
Tier 5:
Death from Above: Teleporting with Ambush reduces the cooldown of Vanish by 4 seconds and Ambush's damage is increased by 25%.
Blind: Cheap Shot will blind enemy heroes hit for 2.5 seconds.
NEW TALENT: Blood Dance: Blade Flurry will heal for 20% of its damage dealt.
Strangle: Using Garrote on a Hero reduces their Spell Power by 40% for 6 seconds.
Tier 6:
Seal Fate: Sinister Strike deals 50% additional damage and generates an additional Combo Point when used against Silenced, Rooted, or Stunned enemy Heroes.
Assassinate: Ambush deals 50% additional damage and causes Valeera's attacks to deal an extra 10% damage if no other enemy Heroes are within 4 range of the victim.
Adrenaline Rush: While in the Smoke Bomb, Valeera regenerates an additional 40 Energy per second and her basic abilities recharge 50% faster.
Enveloping Shadows: Whenever Valeera uses Vanish, she also gains Cloak of Shadows.
Passive: Cloak of Shadows duration is increased by 0.5 seconds, this duration bonus is increased by 100% if Silvermoon Armor was taken as a talent.
Rupture: Increase Garrote's damage over time by 100%. Valeera's Basic Attacks refresh the duration of Garrote.
Elusiveness: Increases Valeera's Movement Speed while Vanished by an additional 20%.
