The biggest problem I have with this hero concept is that it literally tries to be a rogue from WoW while having half of the rogue spell book's abilities and features (Stealth, Poisons, Energy & Combo Points) etc.. You can't just move a rogue class, or any other class from WoW, almost in its entirety to Heroes of the Storm and expect it to work as hero like that without making any radical changes and adjustments. Plus there's room for only 3 Basic/Primary Abilities (unless they get replaced by Stealth skills while in Stealth but I see only one ability that is usable only in Stealth) in your action bar.
You need to do two big changes for starters; firstly, choose only one Trait; Poisons, Energy resource & Combo Points or Stealth (even though we already got two stealthing Assassins in the game but whatever). Secondly; rework the abilities. Completely. The main reason why I linked those two concepts was to show you how their abilities were done. They're not just lazy and boring copy-pastes from rogues' spell book. Heroics also needs to be more personalized for the hero, interesting and fun overall. Right now they're underwhelming and un-Heroic like.
These changes need to be made if you want anyone to take your hero concept seriously.
None of those has any rouge finishers or anythang like that. we both have poison both damaage My finishers are the originality. I nerfed Stealth. What u want.

[Edit]: Also, I forgot to mention that I find that 'Special Mount', Shadowstep, useless. Nova and Zeratul can get 100% more movement speed in stealth while riding a mount. How is that 'Special Mount' supposed to be useful compared to that? Also, if a hero is perfectly capable of riding a mount, like a horse or kodo, giving them any Special Mounts is pointless unless they're just optional cosmetic mounts or mount modes, like Diablo's Terror Charge.
Want me to be brutally honest? This Hero Concept is boring as f*ck. Two of our Assassin heroes (Nova and Zeratul) already got Stealth trait so I would rather see something different like say a trait that does something with different types of poisons. Or make the Energy resource as her only trait just like the Fury resource is Sonya's trait. Now she basically got two traits.
Pretty much all of the Basic Abilities here are just lazy copy-pastes from the Rogue class' spell book and the damaging ones just does nothing but pure damage and that's boring. The only difference being whether you can use them while stealthed or being behind enemy's back. The Heroics are also boring as hell.
And this is just my opinion but I prefer Garona Halforcen as the WoW Rogue hero simply because Garona is way more important rogue character lorewise than Valeera who I bet is known mostly because of Hearthstone (and the reason why she was added into Hearthstone in the first place was to balance faction and race representation of the heroes since we already got 4 orc heroes).
But anyway, overall no originality or real effort was put into this concept. This is simply bad and requires a complete makeover.

From what I understand, she uses energy and combo points. You use energy to get combo points through abilities, and then you use the combo points to regain all the energy through other abilities.
Talents are easy to choose, because there's always 1 that is more useful: Silent Steps(1), Shiv(2), Deadly Poison(3), Vanish(4), Sap(5), Kick(6), Smoke Screen(7)
Smoke Screen is to OP, as you can just tank the enemy team, and when at low health instantly teleport back AND teleport their tank or support back too.

The second trait is just to explain and yes 1 switches to the finisher abilities. At least it not another global mengsk. Those are all the same.
