Combat Trait

Eviscerate
Each of Valeera's Abilities build up "Combo Points", max. of five per target.
Valeera can activate her trait to eviscerate a target with five combo points to deal high damage. Melee range, the combo points will be gone.
The Trait is also Valeera's Core: Eviscerate is the only chance Valeera has to burst.
Primary Abilities

Shuriken Toss
Valeera throws little shuriken, dealing low damage and marking the target with a combo point. Low mana costs, low cd, medium range.
Primary skill to build up combo points. As well the only chance to do that without engaging. Using this ability as often as possible grants you more successful eviscerate-hits... and a big leak of mana.

Blade Flurry
Valeera strikes near enemies to deal moderate damage and mark them with a combo point. Meleerange, moderate mana costs, moderate cd.
Once you engaged you should use Blade Flurry, allowing you area damage and more combo points. Also the only chance to clear minion waves quite ok.

Shadowstep
Valeera passes through the shadows and appears behind the target, dealing low damage and marking him with a combo point. Moderate mana costs, high cd, moderate range.
An assassin who can't engage or gab away? - Of course not. Valeera's Shadow Step can be used to gab close to targets with several combo points to hit a following eviscerate. As the cd is high, you have to think about taking the risk or not. Otherwise you can also use it to survive sometimes.
Heroic Abilities

Shadow Dance
Valeera steps through the shadow from enemy to enemy, striking them to deal damage and marking them with a combo point. You can't target her while shadow dance is active, it lasts for 3 seconds and Valeera hits every 0,5 seconds a target. High cd, moderate mana costs.
Sadly this heroic has similarities to the Monk Heroic, but my idea was even before alive! Just in the wrong forum, in another language... but... unimportant. Well, it can be used to escape for some seconds, to throw combo points around and of course to deal damage. Honestly in the most combos the better pick.

Nightstalker
Valeera is invisible, when she is out of combat for 5 seconds. Attacks deal bonus damage and mark targets with a combo point when used out of invisibility.
This Heroic allows Valeera to become the 3 permanent invisible hero. Well, at least she's visible to lvl 10. This ability can be useful to gap close to enemies without wasting the shadow step cd. Still, can be countered by some heroes and talents in generell.
Talents
Level 1
"These are blades, not just daggers!" [W] Increases the range of Blade Flurry.
Anklebone [E] Decreases the cd of Shadow Step for X seconds.
- Well, that name sucks. Could be wrong anyway, google translator skills.
Regenerationmaster Collecting regeneration globes permanently increases the health regeneration by 1.5 per second.
Conjurer's Pursuit Collecting regernation globes permanently increases the mana regeneration by 0.1 per second.
OR Mana Addict Increases your maximum mana for 15 when you pick up a regeneration globe.
I kinda like the idea this talent becomes a "blood elf talent"; especially because Valeera had some addiction issues as well. But ok, would be probably weird, if I don't like my own ideas.
Level 4
Sinister Strike Every 10 seconds the next attack deals 50% bonus damage and marks the target with one combo point.
Shadow block [E] After using shadow step Valeera grants a shield of X.
Vampiric Strike Basic attacks heal for 25% of the damage dealt.
Envenom Activate to poison an enemy, dealing X damage over a duration of 10 seconds.
Level 7
Backing [E] Shadow Step can be used on allies, lowers the cd when used on an ally. - Yes, I stole it from Kerrigan.
Recovery [D] Each time Valeera uses eviscerate successfully, she regains X life in the duration Y.
Slice and Dice [D] Each time Valeera uses eviscerate successfully, she grants an attack speed boost of X for the duration of Y.
Assassination: Whenever Valeera uses an ability, her next auto attack will deal 30% bonus damage.
Level 10 Heroic
Level 13
Strike! [Q] Shuriken toss costs 50% more mana, but builds up two combo points.
Safe sprint Activate to gain 50% movement speed and two stacks of block for 3 seconds.
Sanguinary blades [W] Blade Flurry does 25% more damage and heals Valeera for X% of the dealt damage. The cd is increased by Y.
Level 16
Popliteal kick [E] Shadow step slows the target for Y seconds.
Blood for Blood Activate to deal 10% of the target enemy hero's max health and heal twice for that amount.
Swiftness of the Assassin [E] When Valeera uses shadow step on a target with 4 or 5 combo points, she'll automatically use eviscerate.
Level 20
Dancing Queen Increases the duration and with it the hits. Also decreases the cd for Y.
Kidney Shot Attacks out of the invisibility will stun the target 1,5 seconds. This has a cd of 15 seconds.
Bolt of the Storm Activate to teleport to a nearby location.
Nexus Blades Basic attacks deal 20% more damage and slow for 1 second.

Valeera kills Jaina: "Oh, looks like you don't have a pyroblast here? *laugh*"
