Level 1:
Unwavering Will:
Necron Orb now also gives nearby friendly Heroes 20
(30) Armor for 3 seconds and Obelisk Heals nearby friendly Heroes for 30 (+4% per level) Health every second.
Undying Will:
Necron Orb now also stuns nearby enemies for 1
(2) second, Obelisk gives Valgul 25 Armor when he is nearby and Valgul has +200% Health Regeneration for every enemy Hero that is stunned near him.
Unrelenting Will:
Necron Orb now also summons 2 Necron Warriors that will follow Valgul, these Necron Warriors deal 30
(45) damage per attack (can only have 2 Necron Warriors at a time). Obelisk gives nearby minions, mercenaries and Valgul summons 10 Armor and +20% Attack Damage.
Level 4:
Orb Empowerment:
Quest: Slowing enemy Heroes with Necron Orb permanently reduces its cooldown by 0.2 seconds, up to 4 seconds.
Reward: Upon reducing Necron Orbs cooldown by 4 seconds, increase its area of effect by 20%.
Burrowed Constructs:
Increases the summoning range and area of effect of Obelisks by 30%.
Dark Skies:
Hitting a enemy Hero with Lightning Strike reduces its cooldown by 3 seconds.
Gauss Empowerment:
Quest: Hit enemy heroes 20 times with Gauss Staff.
Reward: Gain an ability that can be toggled to make Gauss Staff deal the same amount of damage as a melee attack but make Valgul Move an additional 15% slower.
Level 7:
Life Sap:
Hitting an enemy hero with Lightning Strike heals Valgul for 20% of his missing Health.
Energy Sap:
Slowing enemy Heroes with Necron Orb restores 3% of Valguls maximum Mana.
Level 10:
Reanimation:
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Valgul can come back from the dead where he last died with 75% of his Health.
Monolith:
Mana: 120
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Summon a Necron Monolith which has 2500 (+4% per level) Health and has two attacks, Gauss Flux Arcs which deal small amount of damage and a particle whip which deals a huge amount of damage (particle whip only targets buildings).
The Monolith will prioritize going down a lane trying to get to the enemy core, only stopping for enemy buildings.
Must be summoned on a lane and can only have 1 Monolith at a time.
Level 13:
Obelisk Gauss Flayer:
Adds a Gauss Flayer to Obelisks which attacks nearby enemies.
Necrotic Energies:
Obelisks now cast Necron Orb every 20 seconds (Necron Warriors will attack down lane and each Obelisk has a separate maximum of Necron Warriors).
Scarab Swarm
Send fourth a swarm of Necron Scarabs which deal 100% more damage against structures and do not get targeted by them.
Level 16:
Lightning Strikes Twice:
Valgul can now recast Lightning Strike in the same location 3 or less seconds after casting it.
Strengthened Link:
Necron Orbs Will effect is 50%
stronger.
Level 20:
Undying Machine:
Reanimation can no longer be manually cast and instead is always used 10 seconds after Valgul has died.
Monolithic Destruction:
The Monolith gains different effects depending on the Will chosen, these include: summoning a Necron Warrior every 8 seconds for Unrelenting Will, giving nearby friendly Heroes 20 Armor for Unwavering Will and increasing Valgul's Health Regeneration by 75% wherever he is for Undying Will.
Underground Metropolis:
Two Obelisks can now be active at a time.
Draining Charge:
Hitting an enemy Hero with Lightning Strike reduces Valguls ultimate ability cooldown by 10 seconds.
Nowhere and Everywhere: Reduce Teleports cooldown by 30 seconds and cast Necron Orb to wherever Valgul is teleporting.
